The hotel is clean and most of the staff are friendly. I found a fruit platter in the room.

i was charged in dollar whereas the Egyptians should pay in egyptian pound. the receptionist mentioned that Booking.com charges the guests not the hotel. The room had two beds. They were very narrow - i almost fell off at night (I have strained lower back muscles). The breakfast had a bowl labelled brown sugar but i found that it was something else "unidentified" when i used it on my cereal. there is no entry from the reception hall to the restaurant so i have to go out of the building and use stairs to the resaurant.

A beautiful hotel with excellent service. I thank my brother and friend Omar from the reception team, and I thank all the hotel staff for their interest and providing all means of comfort. I wish you all the best.

The music is always working during prayer times and its sound is very annoying and not comfortable.

The property was amazing you feel like you’re in your own home and the staff are really helpful and very friendly. All the best for the all.

breakfast buffet had a wide range of food daily, staff were very friendly and attentive.rooms were cleaned daily and hotel was nice and clean.

some of the bedding and towels were slightly stained.

The staff were amazing. The place vibes were super. I loved my stay. The pool was very good as well. Good food variety at the breakfast

My only 2 comments were; the shower, no high tub, the whole bathroom was soaked in water, and there was no place to hang wet swimming clothes as triple rooms come without balconies.

good location at central area area of New, domyatt, clean hotel, very friendly staff, good outside seating area,  good restaurant, we were served breakfast with our room, and our kids room, they do have falafel and fresh made omelette, thank you to the hotel manager and front desk staff

Cleanness , staff were great and helpful , the breakfast were very good , the garden and were clean and free of insects , nothing i asked from reception till they did , the location in the middle of the city , all room facility is new and in very good condition

the bed were very small , mattresses and pillows weren't comfortable, i choose deluxe room but were small so i don't know how small will be the standard one , the swimming pool were little small , the kids area have some broken games
