The view is amazing to this restaurant. There's direct access to the beach but you have to go down lots of steps since property is located on a hill. Not recommended for people with knee problems so my parents stayed at another hotel; good thing beach is less than 5 minutes driving. The staff was amazing, they were very attentive. Included breakfast options were great. Their menu for lunch and dinner too. Also the pool was great for kids and adults, warm not cold and stayed open until ten. Decided to stay an extra night and they accomodated us.

The rooms needed a little TLC. The paint on walls and furniture too. Otherwise comfy for short trip.

Beautiful view and the location was not far from the loca beach. The staff was really friendly and there were only a few rooms so it was a very intimate private location. The pool was perfect to chill at night and the outdoor dinning was great too with place to chill. They had a restaurant that closed at 8pm but you can still order drinks until 10pm.

Kind of hard to access the beach because you had to use the stairs to access the beach. There were about 170 stairs going down. But once you got to the beach you had a private beach to yourself!

The view is incredible!! And I loved how close we were to the las Flores surf spot. We could just watch the surf and decide when it was best to go out right then and there. The room was comfortable. The hammocks and outdoor area were awesome. The staff was very attentive and super nice. We will definitely be coming back!!

Excellent views of the beach and surroundings. There's a nice pool to swim in and patio areas to hang out in and meet other travelers, with hammocks and several chairs/tables. Convenient access to the beach below. Food available was good.

It's not the fault of the hotel but there was a lot of construction going out out the front at the time I was staying, so there was quite a bit of noise from the street. But normally that wouldn't be there.

Great area , just the access to the beach was not seniors friendly,this time I was traveling with my mom 77 years old, almost 200 stairs to go down to the beach 🏖️,but overall I was 95% satisfied.- I would recommend yes 👍 I would stay again Sure.-

The access to the beach was a little to many stairs to go down and back up.

The view is the best!! We can see a fantastic ocean view from the property. The patio is nice and the hotel's staff is nice and friendly.

We noticed trash once you walked from the stairs to the beach. The hotel staff should perform a daily clean-up (of the trash/debris) at least for 10-15 minutes per early morning.

The views were fantastic, The staff were very nice. The beach was great in the mornings. Breakfast was good.

The Spiders in the room. The WhatsApp to order food or drinks it would take a long time to to get an answer.

The staff are absolutely superb nothing is too much and they are really pleasant. My son lost his ball over the wall and down into the wasteland below the hotel. One of the staff climbed down and recovered the ball for us. The pool is great. The views are great and the meals exceptional.

I didn't like the entrance to the hotel. A big ugly gate. No reception area.

An amazing location and set up with fabulous views and access to the beach. It's quite breathtaking really. it is set up really well, with the restaurant, pool, hammocks and viewing areas overlooking the ocean on both sides. You can see into Nicaragua and Honduras from here. The air conditioning worked, showers had the standard cool water, but we were fine with that. Super relaxing and felt like a private retreat. There are stairs down to the beaches. The food was good. I really liked how they had a huge pot of coffee out in the morning so you can take in the sunrise with a coffee before breakfast. A lot of stairs, I think someone said over 150, but they are even with support railing to go down. It's worth it if you can!

Garbage! Plastic! Please pick up the garbage. It would do everyone better. The plastic straws, and bottles and chip bags etc are everywhere and a huge detractant from a gorgeous place. Of course they are bad for the enviornment and wildlife too. They country is startring to do better, but even around some of the property is garbage. There is a lovely view point by the restaurant, but if you look down there is garbage. I picked up some and was making it a part of my stay to pick up a bit. Also, If stairs aren't your thing and you want to be on the beach, maybe this isn't for you. Otherwise it was great.

I really liked the view and the location, the service is very good and very friendly people, the beach is super good, only the access is a little difficult because of the stands, but it is an excellent beach
