Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of foods. Hotel employees were all kind and helpful. Handy to be situated out of the city.

My colleague is a vegetarian and there was very little option for her in the evening meals, whether the bar or the restaurant. We felt the restaurant menu did not give much choice if you were staying for more than one night (which wouldn't be a problem if the menu changes every evening)

Beautiful property. Super clean, bed comfortable. Staff are very helpful, both reception and restaurant. Restaurant evening meal delicious and worth the price. Didn't have breakfast (so can not state if good or not).

Hubby would have liked a larger portion of the main course. Airbase nearby. It was very noisy from 8am until later evening. Some guests were not abiding by the non-smoking policy by hanging out of the window and smoking, which is a shame.

A very comfortable and traditional parador which was ideal for our stopover and located just outside the city so easy access and departure. Nice gardens and swimming pool. Good breakfast reasonably priced and bar snacks were good

Nothing to dislike. Some people might be put off by location close to new main road but we weren't disturbed in our room by traffic noise even though we had our windows open at night.

There was a great deal to like. The hotel had the features you expect in a Parador, including a sense of time and place, meticulously tended grounds, great service and stylish decor. It was located a few kms from the city, with excellent connections to the intercity road network. We didn’t dine at the restaurant but enjoyed a light dinner with drinks in the bar, a beautiful room with garden views, solid chairs and nice decor. Breakfast times were staggered to ensure that guests did not all arrive at once. This was a real holiday destination.

Spacious room and bathroom. Very good air conditioning, and a minibar that kept our own drinks very cool. Parking. Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful well kept grounds.

The snack bar menu was limited, I would have liked to see more traditional Spanish dishes, e.g. ensalada mixta, padrones, vegetales a la plancha, pechuga pollo y patatas fritas. The shower in the bathroom was over the bath, with no hand rails or slip mat in the bath, potentially dangerous to pensionistas.

The location was good for us. Covered parking. The ambiance was lovely. The building is great, we loved the shiny tiles in the corridors and all so clean and bright. Overnight there was a problem with a water leak in the room above us, the member of staff who dealt with it was superb, she resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. She should be commended. The chambermaid was also very attentive. Thank you.

It was a shame that when we visited, the lovely pool had closed the week before, it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, this was probably noted somewhere on the website but when we were booking we didn't see that the pool would be closed.

A very comfortable hotel with architecturally interesting buildings and interiors. Very friendly and welcoming staff. A wedding was taking place when we stayed which added a wonderful gloss to the experience. Breakfast was incredibly well presented and offered so many delicious options. A great experience in this hotel and to be recommended.

This is a cosy hotel, located a bit outside Albacete. Quiet location, nice building, nice surroundings. The hotel is new but built in an old-fashioned style. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. We stayed only one night, but i could come back for a romantic weekend anytime.

The hotel is located a few kilometers outside Albacete. There is not much to do outside the hotels facilities. To go downtown you need to bike or drive. For me this was not a problem, but it could be a problem for some.

Location was excellent as we were travelling . Easy to find with a lot of good parking. The rooms were very spacious and well furnished The beds extremely comfortable

The bathroom need attention - broken floor tiles. Awkward climbing into the narrow bath to access the shower. To upgrade to a shower would be much safer and friendly to use.

The facilities are well kept and beautiful. The room was large and comfortable with all necessary appointments.

Breakfast and dinner were quite unorganized. I think the language barrier (very few staff speak English) caused uncertainty or misunderstandings that were solved by assumptions instead of asking again. For breakfast this wasn't really an issue but the dinner was disturbed several times because of misunderstandings of orders and requests. The staff were very friendly and wanted to help but just seemed very uncomfortable to do it either in English or work together with our (very) broken attempts at Spanish.
