We made a last-minute reservation when the Spanish power outage caused the trains to stop running and no other forms of transportation were available to get us to our home destination about 100 miles away. Even with the lack of electricity, the staff were kind and helpful and did everything they could to make us feel welcome and safe.

The property is a bit removed from town, so it was a bit isolated. If you were coming to visit Albacete, you'd need a car or taxis to get anywhere from the property.

We loved the spa and the location was ideal for what we required from our one night stop. Food was okay, we just shared a pizza. Pleasant staff. There are places to refill your water bottle (gym & spa) as well as the restaurant. We prefer this option over complimentary plastic bottles.

Nothing to dislike for a one night stop and the price.

Exceeded expectation, especially quality of staff at reception and value for money. Half board rate is a good bet for menu del dia options. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide range of options, including gluten free.

Only very small negative is not lover of eating dinner at a bar table. Maybe just old!

The room had a good side and it was clean. The facilities are fine, we like big lobbies and this one was nice.

Some features are a bit out of date, but I can see how some renovation has been made to try to modernise. Still a long way though. Having said that, it didn't affect our comfort. Thanks

Excellent location just outside of town, easy to find, easy parking, nice comfortable room, superb breakfast, very good value for money.

We would have loved to have used the spa just for 30 mins or so, but were put off by the high price. Perhaps hotel guests could benefit from a 50% discount to encourage them to use this facility?

Large room, interesting view, fresh smelling linen and towels, parking on-site. Very close to convention centre for 'Texas' in concert. Café-Bar on site just snacks, drinks and coffee during the day but 18eu menu del dia from 20:00hrs. Wide selection of foods for breakfast, including cooked items, and black tea with cold milk!

We booked an extra night to use the spa but it is closed on Mondays - no note of this when we booked. Furniture in the room is a bit the worse for wear, chips etc in surfaces. The furniture crevices need a deeper clean. Windows a bit grubby. Certainly as good as a British 'Travelodge' and comparable price. Only one paper cup in the room fridge and quite difficult to get another from the reception staff. No sink plug!! (they don't have them) I can see why as there is no overflow to the washing basin. It is a long walk to the centre of Albacete and on the opposite side of the motorway with no footpaths across.

It was well located, just off the A31 on our route from Santander to south east Spain. Our room was large, very clean and comfortable with a great shower. The dining in the bar was a little minimalist but the food was simple but good. The breakfast was excellent. The half board price was very good value.

The hotel was large and rather impersonal - more conference centre (which it is) - than hotel. Perfect for an overnight or very short stay. Would not be great for a holiday.

I chose this hotel because of the driving distance from my meeting and I discovered a nice place to stay every time i will be in Albacete. Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff with a good restaurant if you are not in the mood to hit restaurants downtown that are at 5’ driving distance.

Only stayed for 2 nights, room was nice, as was the rest of the hotel - it was just just a bit far away from the city centre (this wasn't an issue for me as I booked knowing this), but its not really walking distance from the centre.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Easy to find and park with no charge. Cheerful and charming waitress at lunchtime, who appeared to be running all the catering by herself. Reasonable room rate, including breakfast, which was adequate for a hotel buffet, plenty of it, but not great quality. Easy and inexpensive cab ride into town.

The usual things......noisy motor in the mini bar, not enough electrical sockets, aircon noisy and hard to figure out. Grim receptionist who managed to change our type of bed at great personal cost to herself, it seemed.
