The location was great, opposite a nice park, near shops and bars. The room was clean and in good order, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Garage parking.

Nothing really... However to note: The breakfast seemed expensive so we skipped it. The parking was a little expensive but we swallowed it. The shower was a strange thing really. It was fine but the temperature fluctuated randomly and when you turned it to fully cold it went almost scalding??? Now I'm not daft but it took some regulation whilst your feet were boiling away. We forgot to mention the shower so hope this gets picked up (room 310)

The position of this modern hotel was ideally placed on the edge of the old town, immediately opposite a beautiful park and very close to the contemporary museum within. The staff at the front desk were good, although some were what I can only describe as happier in their jobs than others. Myself and my partner were touring on a motorcycle during our honeymoon and took a junior suit here. Sercotels are a bit business orientated, and I'm not sure if we would have had the same opinion if we'd not had a room of this class. However, we found Albacete fascinating and extended our stay here from two to four nights. Our rooms were spacious, all the mod cons, very clean and the maids were fast and thorough. Our motorcycle was kept secure in their locked carpark.

Rather annoyingly, the shower was not a thermostatic type and could have a mind of its own where temperature was concerned. There is a busy main road right outside and it can be a bit noisy at rush hour. It didn't bother us, we're used to it, but it could spoil it for some. There was a bad odour from the lift shafts, but only there.

On the basis we got upgraded to a junior suite from the original room we booked (the door to the original room wouldn't lock), really have nothing but positive feedback on the hotel. The original room was actually really lovely, great features and fixtures, we would have been very happy staying there if the door had locked, but the Suite was superb. Massive bed (very comfortable), superb bathroom, nice decor. Couple of terraces looking out over the park. Staff throughout the hotel were superb, both in terms of sorting out the issues with the original room & passing on recommendations for restaurants etc. It's a fascinating town, with lots to recommend it. Also, it has a decent (& secure) car park just round the back of the hotel, which was a great bonus. Lovely people, fabulous room, would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very central with good underground parking. Check in was very good, the receptionist was excellent. The room was a good size, bright and airy and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of fresh products, well presented. I would certainly stay here again if I was visiting Albacete.

After arriving from France where i had disappointing experience, not for the first time, I was impressed by the quality of reception, property, and quality of the room and friendliness on the staff. Visiting Albacete it is certainly a stay to be recommended.

Very comfortable room (a suite) with a balcony overlooking the park. Extremely comfortable beds and good, quiet air conditioning. It is a modern hotel with no real character but it is very well done and in an excellent location for exploring the city.

Amazing size of our room, with 2 balconies, a coach, a large bathroom and a very comfortable bed! We had a view of the main street and park, but very quiet to sleep. In the city center but very relaxing. Not very hot despite being on summertime (JUN). Staff was helpful and correct.

The parking is at the rear of the hotel with no direct communication. There is another large public parking in front of it, very accesible, with plenty pf parking spaces.

Modern hotel, walking distance from city center, public parking garage + hotel garage available at a few meters. Restaurants in abundance. We picked SAONA in one of the sidestreets. The huge park in front of the hotel is beautiful.

Clean, comfortable room. Great location across from the park. Wonderful, friendly staff. Restaurant next door was great.

The design of the shower makes it hard to shower without getting water getting all over the bathroom floor.

The beds were pretty fine and comfortable. The room was clean and with a TV up-to-date, the bathroom was okay too. Pretty good location and was easy to park near the hotel. It's a really good option if you have a job travel to Albacete city or surrondings.
