I thought the location was excellent for what I needed, i.e an overnight stay on the way to Madrid, as it was close to the station. It was also nearby the park and there were plenty of cafés close-by. I also thought the air conditioning was strong (good when it was 37c outside!) The beds were comfortable, I think for those complaining about the noise maybe they aren't used to the thinner walls in Spain, for my room it was fairly quiet.

Decent price but perhaps some upgrades needed in places, but I'm nitpicking as I can't really think of any other issues.

Hi, The hotel was ideal for our needs as an overnight stay with safe secure underground car parking as we were relocating from the UK To Almeria and the car was full of our personal belongings. The reception staff were extremely helpful in arranging some takeaway food as we were too shattered to go out after an 8 hour drive from Bilbao. I would highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly staff

The price to quality is very good. We had an open view and although there is traffic outside, with the double windows with double glazing we didn't hear a thing! The room is spacious enough and the bed comfortable. Town centre is just around the corner and the staff is friendly.

We didn't like the one long pillow much. I guess we are pillow huggers. Not a big deal. We felt the bidet was a bit in the way of the bath/shower. Only small things. We'd definitely recommend this place

Location, friendly staff, clean, comfortable and isolated room. Bed was comfortable and the pillow as well, took a great siësta with the airco on. Breakfast was delicious and sufficient with the restrictions set.

The room is a bit dated, the toilet makes lots of noise when flushing and the shower has not much power Price of parking, used street parking instead and paid 0.70€ as Sundays were free

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, walk into centre. Comfortable room, liked there were 2 wardrobes and chairs and desk. A bit noisy on first night with enthusiastic guests next door.

Parking garage was tricky to use. Bed a little hard and would have preferred pillows to a bolster. I couldn't work the shower properly, reluctant to push and pull harder on taps as they appeared loose in the wall. Breakfast moment.

Hotel is in a good location, with Friendly staff. Good size room with air con & very comfortable beds. Room & en suite are spotlessly clean. We were on the front of the hotel but had no trouble sleeping, as the window had 2 lots of double glazing.

The garage parking is good value but very tight & dark. Lights are on timers but go out before you have a chance to park. Finding the button to open the exit door is a nightmare.

Great location for a good price, super friendly check in lady (who was very patient with my terrible Spanish!), small supplement for a dog.

Breakfast was a little limited and no food or drink is to be taken out of the dining room (would’ve liked to grab a coffee and take it to the room), and it is not possible to leave the dog in the room to pop out for dinner. Although I’m sure these are common limitations in many places, still something to be aware of.

Staff were friendly. They recommended a good restaurant on the evening I arrived and were able to accommodate my request for secure bicycle storage.

No lift between the parking garage and hotel - only stairs. Due to construction work on the pavements outside access to the garage was difficult. In my room smoking was permitted and as a nonsmoker I would have preferred to be in a non-smoking room.

We liked the breakfast in general however the man who was staffing the breakfast was a bit abrupt. The moment we entered he forcefully started explaining the limits of what we were allowed to eat. It was a little uncomfortable and not necessary. Also we are concerned that the orange juice may have been spoiled…my friend vomited orange juice for hours later in the day.

Check all things served in the breakfast area to be sure proper health precautions are taken to be sure the food isn’t spoiled.

Very close to the train station and the main street. The room was clean and the bed was comfy with good pillows. The double glazing meant that the room was very quiet even though it was facing the main road. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower would not attach to the wall. There were no coffee or tea facilities in the room which would have been a nice extra.
