Very nice hotel, perfect location, by the beach and a stone's throw from the high street with restaurants and shops. We had a suite with sea view which was a dream: large room, whirlpool bath, walk-in closet and of course balcony overlooking the beach. Staff super friendly and helpful, spa was nice as was the upstairs terrace and plunge pool (also with exquisite views). I had a massage and found it so beneficial for my sport injuries that I went back 3 times! Ask for Antonio, he is an excellent masseur and also a trained physiotherapist so knows exactly what you need.

There was nothing I didn't like but I thought the breakfast could have been a bit better for the standard of hotel. That said, the kids loved the crepe and waffle stand.

Nice, clean, modern and contemporary styled hotel situated right on the beach. Great restaurant and breakfast buffet, both of which can be eaten outside on their terrace overlooking the beach. Friendly and helpful staff that make you feel that you really are a valued customer - very generous compensation offered for room not being given available until 16h30 v 15h00 standard check in time.

The hotels own garage which is a short drive away is very small and tight. If you have anything bigger than a mini, don’t try it. There is plenty of cheap public parking within a few minutes walk of the hotel - better to use this if you don’t have that mini.

They were very accommodating when I had to change dates due to a flight cancellation. The facilities are lovely and so was the room - I would have loved to have taken advantage of the spa access, but didn't have time. The balcony was nice. Parking was nearby for an additional cost.

The room hadn't been cleaned before I checked in, and wasn't cleaned until early evening. The shower drain didn't drain well and threatened to flood the bathroom.

The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and in the perfect location—everything was within easy reach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I felt very welcomed and well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again!

The only downside was the breakfast—it could offer more variety, especially considering the price of the stay. For such a well-rated hotel, I expected a bit more in that area.

On reception an instant room upgrade was given , had a lovely suite. Staff super warm, friendly and helpful. Location fantastic, spa thoroughly enjoyed along with excellent massages. Calm, peaceful very clean hotel. Breakfast, great selection. Totally enjoyed the stay here and whole ambiance.

A little something would be coffee capsules in the suite as the machine is already there!

Rooftop terrace and pool was used for an event by a small group of guests, all afternoon and into the early evening. Effectively privatized and not useable by other guests. Lots of noise and selfish blocking if pool access and ´sharing’ their music with the rest of us. We left and went elsewhere

Very nice hotel next to the beach! Staff at the reception very friendly and helpful! Clean and modern rooms. Very nice breakfast!

They should be a bit more strict in the SPA. There were 2 young couples being very present by making a lot of noice… some other guests complained, but the staff of the hotel didn’t take any action, so it was not a very relax moment in the SPA.

It’s beautiful probably best hotel I’ve stayed in and I’ve travelled the world

I was asked to get the half board dinner menu, which I regretted as the fish was full of bones, very small portions and the waiters don’t speak english and when we asked for extras which we were happy to pay for they didn’t understand. They could be more attentive ; they were very distracted.

The suite was definitely a good choice. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Reception staff extremely helpful. The rooftop bar staff efficient and friendly. The set dinner was delicious. The spa and the massage were fantastic. Our morning 20 minute 1 km swim was delightful. A great location for triathlon training. Hotel allows bikes stored in the rooms-we put ours on the balcony.

The service in the Cosmo Beach Restaurant was disappointing and could be improved. The gym is a bit small.

Excellent throughout - really friendly and helpful staff, particularly Jana and Hassan who were always friendly and smiling with lots of helpful advice and tips about the local area and prep for certain activities and excursions which saved time/maximised the experience.
