The gardens are fabulous and the pool is also great . You are also above a lovely secluded beach so you can take a swim there too . They have also opened a new area next door whilst we were there . It’s has another pool; loads of loungers; a bar and 3 extras suites above . Plus the spa is incredible - pool, jacuzzi; cold room; sauna and multiple different showers and jets to try . The room we had was superb . Well laid out; sufficient cupboards; luxurious gowns and slippers. The decor is laid back elegant in tones of ecru, oak and white . The couches and bed are fabulously comfortable and the bed linen is crisp. The towels are an excellent quality as well as the toiletry products . The bathroom or changing room could do with somewhere to hang the bath towels as there are only 2 hooks in the bathroom and the gowns were on those. The hotel is a blissful oasis of quiet and calm . The staff are a delight and friendly. The main town is about 10-15 minutes walk and there are many restaurants and shops . The breakfast at the hotel is incredible and the pastry, cake and bread section is next level . We enjoyed the lunch on the patio and the main restaurant . We stayed in a sea view suite but we saw the delux rooms and they were lovely too .

Nothing really Important other than the gym is really well equipped and well laid out . It does however require mats and a weight bench . Likewise the attached bathroom had no handwash and there is no disinfectant available to clean the machines after use . Plus it was not cleaned in 2 and a half days so I eventually spoke to the front desk . Then again, 2 days later, there were only 3 towels available first thing in the morning and the machines had not been cleaned .

The rooms are excellent, very technology driven. Most of the staff were fantastic and very helpful. I had a fantastic massage. The breakfast set up and location was very good. The view of the ocean from the pool is fantastic, and we had no trouble finding lounges by the pool!

The woman at the front desk at the spa was not nice. I asked to see the spa area that was part of the stay and she told me to “look through the window”. I wanted to see what amenities were offered to decide whether or not to book time. I felt like for the price of the hotel they should’ve been more accommodating. The pool has drink service but not food, and when we ordered a screwdriver with orange juice they charged 14€ for orange juice and 14€ for the vodka. They did end up removing the OJ charge but it’s not a very guest focused approach. We ate in the restaurant one night, and the food was mediocre.

We loved this hotel. It was beyond beautiful with a gorgeous view looking at the water! Our entire room was well thought out and ascetically pleasing. The spa was WONDERFUL! There is a steam room, ice room, hot tub, pool, rain-forest showers, and more! It was like a spa playground! We had so much fun. The staff was so nice and helpful especially when it came to food as I am vegan and my boyfriend is vegetarian. They helped make food just for us! They went as far as talking with the kitchen and then coming to meet with us in our room to discuss a menu just for us! It was amazing. We really appreciate the thought that went into making us comfortable here.

The location wasn't anything special, but nothing wrong with it. There is currently some noisy construction next to the hotel but that isn't their fault.

it was lovely, I went with my best friend on a girls escape :D and we really enjoyed it; breakfast was very good; staff was lovely;

its not that we didn't like but it would be nice to have a kettle i the room to make tea, we had to use coffee machine for that which worked but its not really to make a infusion/tea; restaurant we found too pricy unfortunately & the menu was not really with many options, dishes offered were quite sophisticated and we missed a simpler pasta/rice dish that would be a bit lighter on the stomach for the dinner or a fresh fish with vegis - but that very personal so not really a complain:)

The rooms are beautiful and absolutely state of the art . We had a stunning view over the pool to the sea. There is gorgeous bay you can access from the hotel as well . The breakfasts are sumptuous and we found the lunch and dinners Delicous and generous . It’s about 10 minutes from the hotel to the main town . Staff are lovely and helpful . There’s an incredible me spa too. Plus 2 lovely pools and loads of loungers .

Beautiful decor and very comfortable spacious room. Delicious breakfast and we had lunch and dinner there too which were also good. Great setting- overlooking a lovely little beach and right in the cost path so good for walking. Only about 5 mins to local restaurants and bars and the main town beach. Also good location for exploring the Costa Bravia and Girona. Great spa facilities and friendly staff

The pool was freezing! In a 5 star hotel in sept I’d expect it to be heated. As a result no one went in it for the 4 days we were there. Restaurant a but expensive but quality was good.

Beautiful view, lovely staff and a tranquil stay. Love the easy and private access into the public beach and the private beach patio. Spa facilities and massages were great

The cleaners were not consistent. We only had wind down once during the week we stayed, sometimes they’d forget to change the towels or to provide us with a new bath matt. Massage was nice but the massage rooms was really lacking in the ambiance.

It was perfect. So romantic. The room was beautiful and clean. Everything is very well maintained and you can feel the luxury even in the smallest detail. The views are outstanding. The spa was very relaxing and clean with nice heated pool and jucuzzi. The staff was welcoming and steak from room service was delicious.

The closest convinent store is 15 min by walking. The room service menu could use more variety.

Staff, territory, breakfast were fine. But the most perfect part was dinner - they really got a perfect cusine.

Room was good enough. But it was situated above the kitchen and we heard every day when the staff had started the breakfast preparation. And in the room above was staying an early bird, who was getting up at 5, put on the shoes with heels and started to walk around the room for 10-15 mins for some reason (like a woodpecker). So we became an early bird as well. As a suggestion - take the rooms in the left part of the hotel with a seaview, most probably you will be lucky to sleep more.

The included breakfast was excellent. The spa was beautiful and well equipped. Service was very friendly.

The mattress was too firm for us and they didn’t have any alternatives which gave us a few uncomfortable nights. I would recommend they buy a few mattress toppers for people that prefer softer bedding. This was really the only bad thing about our otherwise lovely stay.
