The location of as very good, not too close to the centre which can be very noisy and busy at peak times. It is a large comfortable hotel, with a nice pool and a nice seating area. The restaurant was large, welcoming with a good range of nice food.

I couldn’t find much not to like, but as a British person they don’t understand the cup of tea. The staff were excellent at giving me a large mug, but added hot milk. I did ask for cold milk to the side but they didn’t understand this concept. Apart from that the staff did what they could to accommodate us.

Everything was very good. hotel is lovely and staff are really lovely. It was unfortunate in the pool area that the sun is not shinning the whole day and I think they could put sunbeds in the upper level outside as the sun is there in afternoon.

Our room was quiet and you could only hear a little bit of noise from other rooms but we were out of season. We had a balcony with a sea view and the breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The food was constantly refilled and didn't run out no matter what time you went down. The pool area was good too and very relaxing.

The worst think was the que at breakfast. if you go down at the wrong time you have to wait to be seated and there are ques for the coffee machines and the toasters. we found going about 10am missed all the ques and none of the food was allowed to run out at all. Service finished around 10.30

The size of the room was spacious and very clean. There was the added bonus of sea view with balcony. The staff were very friendly. The choice of food for breakfast and dinner was amazing and the food was both appetising and well cooked and presented.

More coffee machines in the dining room - there were always queues. A room where we could have showered as our room was unavailable for a late check out. This meant that we couldn’t go on the beach because we couldn’t shower before our flight. We were only being picked up at 6pm.

The barman Ator was great!! what a lovely man and always looking after you. Never have to wait long for him and he arranged our drinks always fastly. He served us by the pool with a big smile!

No coffee before 10 oclock only during breakfast which you needed to pay the full. We only wanted coffee.. Our showerhead was loose and difficult to wash your hair with holding the head

Small but clean pool with enough sunbeds. Close distance to the beach with sunbeds and umbrella for rent. Option to buy lunch or dinner. We received the room on the last floor - majestic sea view. Rvfv singer was in the same hotel at the same time of the Zevra Festival.

No vegetables for breakfast. Very few parking places in the area. In the hotel they didn’t have any to offer. No water in the room. Cleaning staff didn’t change the towels unless they were told to. No towels for the beach/sunbeds. They gave us the choice to buy one. The lunch not that tasty, we bought it only once.

We stayed in the room on a higher floor with a sea view. The facility was very clean, and the rooms were spacious with large balconies. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of options. Despite the slow tourism season, we had a great stay for a couple of nights.Very caring personnel and great receptionists. Free street parking. Would stay here again!

I liked everything.only slight complaint was that when we asked about bus to cullera,we were told bus was outside door but in fact,that bus goes in opposite direction .So maybe mention to walk to roundabout and cross road for bus stop to Cullera.That is only a minor error though .

Really comfy room with all the facilities needed and clean. Great view, the swimming pool area was perfect to relax and sunbath. An extra point it’s that I left my phone charger in the room which I noticed hrs after checking out, but I called the hotel and they immediately know what I was talking about, and the staff was really kind to guide me with process to get it back

Even though there’s a safe in the room, you need to ask for they in the front desk
