It was just fabulous!We would go back in a heartbeat! Everything was beautiful ❤️ We were given complimentary coffee tea biscuits chocolate and water in our room.The situation was wonderful with views of the sea and surrounding countryside.Unfortunately, when we went out for an ice-cream to the little commercial centre my husband had a bad fall and had to be taken to the main land in an ambulance as he cut his head open . Every one was so kind, and helpful.Adrian on reception arranged for ice for the wound, extra towels, water to drink, the housekeeping was so kind, concerned and helpful.The buffet breakfast was amazing

I blame you guys at booking more than the staff at hotel. You had a line in Select a room just under breakfast included that said $33 board for my room and half board on some of others. Discussed this with desk person and figured that meant I could use that at one of their 3 Restaurants. Of course, very unlike me I opted for the gourmet dining and when I went to desk in morning was told I owed them the money. After wasting precious time arguing (in a nice way) I end up paying and nobody knows what the hell it meant with the $33 or half board! I’d like to have sent booking the bill because I would not of had the fancy dinner except I thought it was included even though it was a good meal!

I liked this hotel. It has a very relaxing atmosphere, the staff is super friendly, and the location is great! The room and bathroom were fantastic, nice and comfortable both of them. The window view to the bay was great. The breakfast was awesome! A lot of options and the high quality. We really enjoyed the outside pool and walking around La Toja island.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The location is lovely on the inlet where we swam throughout the stay. The hotel is not good looking from the outside but does not disappoint inside. It is clean and smart and very comfortable. The pool is saltwater so when we didn't feel like the sea we had a swim in there. The pool area is lovely with palm tress looking out over the inlet. I had the most wonderful massage. I have had many massages over the years, at home and in hotels. This was without one of the best I have ever had. Despite the language barrier she was brilliant. I would go back for the at alone. All the staff were charming and helpful.

We ate the first night in the restaurant of the hotel which in our guide had said was one of the best on the island. It was not great with poor flavours and very expensive. However, the following two nights we ate in the bar and had superb food which was brilliant value and very good quality. Not fine dining but good quality ingredients well prepared.

We found this amazing paradise across the water from o grove. What can I say it was simply sensational excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it for a stay. The food is excellent both for breakfast and an evening meal The wine and vodka are cheap as chips compared to Ireland. Comfy beds, clean room with a gorgeous view of the water An excellent stay and the weather was fab too 😀

No balcony but that was a minor technical hitch and not a complaint

Upgraded room, quality of hotel, restaurant and pool area. Stunning views & location.

Hotel was hosting a large conference which at times intruded a little on the peace & quiet and overall ambiance. We did not like the big neon sign stuck on top of the hotel, completely out of character with the beautiful surroundings.

We stayed here during a major wind and rain storm. The waves outside our window were amazing. Even though the hotel is on the inlet and not directly on the Atlantic Ocean, the view of the water was stunning. The room was large and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, especially in the midst of the storm. There were several restaurants just 2km away in a picturesque little fishing village. Galicia Spain is a seldom visited secret and the Isla de la Toja is magical.

It was perfect.

The noise isolation in the bedroom was almost inexistent, we could hear everything from the corridor and neighboring rooms. There are no ramps to access the pool from inside the hotel, we had to carry our baby stroller by hand on a flight of stairs which is unacceptable

+Really nice Hotel environment and location. +Excellent buffet breakfast with a nice variety. +The staff were really friendly and welcoming, I had some questions before coming and they replied immediately and everything was really nice - Excellent customer care. +Size of the room was really good, the electronic kettle in the room was a positive point. +Nice Spa Center and Marine Park.

However, some minor things: -The bed was not really comfortable and had a noise. -The room didn't have soundproofing and you could hear every movement and voice. -On the second day, coffee and tea didn´t charge after cleaning the room. -There wasn´t a bin for trash inside the room.

A lovely hotel in an idyllic location. Even though we stayed during particularly bad weather the fact that we were staying in such a lovely hotel made up for it. Ideal for exploring the surrounding region, beautiful seaside villages, the Rias Baixas, lovely coastal walks and Santiago, Pontevedra,Vigo and much more all within an hour’s drive. Loved the place and staff were really pleasant.
