The staff and location near the main restaurants and amenities!Be mindfull to pre book the car park.Great location if you want to explore the Groove and Isla La Tocha and has a supermarket 5m walk in case you need.
The breakfast very disappointing.We payed 24 € for a piece bread and cheap coffee from machine. There are better and cheaper options outside the hotel.Be aware they only have cold options (NO eggs,sausages,bacon, patisserie NOTHING only 2 fruit selection melon and banana ) plus they charge same adult price for the kids.Apart from breakfast the hotel is great!

Accommodation was exceptionally good. Staff could not have been more friendly or more helpful. They even sourced specialist motorcycle chain lubricant and did it for me!!!! Breakfast was really excellent! Unnecessary, but for my piece of mind, they placed my motorcycle in front of the reception window in the car park for my peace of mind.
My stay was too short.

The location is quite good. On the edge of the center. That means it's easy to walk to the action but it's very quiet at night. There is a small beach right across the street from the hotel. I didn't visit it but it looked to be a perfect spot to relax and it was never crowded since it's hard to see from the street.
You need to be careful and make sure you lock your room door when you leave. The doors don't lock automatically.

Clean room, excellent friendly service, great breakfast choice (including gluten free option), fab location. 10 minutes walk from the beach on Isla de la Toja, 15 mins walk to O Grove port area. Great view of the water and Bridge from some rooms. All three of the staff we interacted with spoke good English.

Lovely staff, helped with our car trouble very nice, the breakfast was fine, the location is lovely, room had air con, little walk to all the restaurants but across the bridge from isla de toja. Lovely stay
Beds were a little hard, otherwise great.
