The location of the hotel is at the edge of the walking-only old historic city, and the hotel has its own underground garage just across the street, which was great. It is right on the Camino de Santiago walking path, so convenient to stay if you are doing that. They served breakfast (including eggs) starting at 7:30 am, and they served dinner also starting at 7:30 pm, which was before most nearby restaurants. Very close to Pontevedra Cathedral, and other old sites. We ordered a superior room, which was adequate but not great for $200/night.

The reception desk was not particularly friendly or helpful with recommendations for restaurants, etc. and the cost of the superior room seemed to be high relative to quality and services. They studiously ignored our difficulties in moving baggage up from their lobby using their wheelchair/luggage elevator device. I felt for $200 a night we should have enjoyed better service.

Everyone was great. Room staff made my bed on Easter! I told them they didnt have to but did it anyway. Ricardo santos in the dining room provided superior service. A very courtous man, and was always doing something to better the place. Fast track this guy to management!!

Great great shower pressure. Nice pillow. Stuff that matters! In a more modern part of the town. Bed was confortable too. Breakfast buffet was good too, althought I am mostly coffee/fruits, so I never make the most of it.

It looks a bit like an old hotel without the charm of it. Also believe that each hotel room when you paid above $150CAD (so above 90 euro) should have at least stuff to make coffee/tea in the room. Nothing like taking the 1st coffee in pj! The rest was great, sincerely.

Perfect location for the Camino. Very near to lots of cafes, bars, and restaurants and shops. Loved the A/C and balcony room. Very spacious and well decorated room. Breakfast seemed a little chaotic, a lot of people in a small area but food choices were very good. Everything was fresh!

Minor detail but wish breakfast had started earlier. Maybe if it had started earlier, it wouldn't have felt so crowded in the dining area.

This was our rest day on the Camino. I am so glad because this town was great and this hotel is perfectly located to see everything. Breakfast was really good. The check-in staff were kind and they were well prepared for luggage forwarding as some of us do on the Camino. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and there was a/c to cool down the room. I would recommend this hotel.

Central location and close to the Camino and Old part of town. The facility was clean and fresh and modern. Some person who rated said it was old fashioned and I did not find that to be the case. Final plus was the AC - it was excellent and the staff was very friendly

The room was clean, firm bed, had a balcony, great hot shower after a long day walking. The restaurant had a set menu for dinner which was very good price. The breakfast had a great selection including hot dishes.

Modern hotel in the camino path. Rooms are big. Breakfast is nice with a good variety. Restaurants & cafes are within walking distance. City centre is just a stone throw away. Loved the location.
