Perfect location in the center of town and easily accessible from the Camino. After walking all day in the heat, the AC in our room was wonderful! Good shower, and comfy beds. We had a skylight in our room, and there was an automated shade to block out the light when we needed it.

A bit of noise from the courtyard below, and in the hallway. And the outlet was across the room from the beds, however it wasn't a big issue for us.

Perfect location close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Laundry and groceries also a few hundred meters away. In the center of the old town. Dated furniture but still comfortable and functional. Restaurant and coffee shop downstairs.

No kettle or microwave in room.

Top location in historical town centre - the best place we stayed at in Galicia. The place was advertised as room above a restaurant and was very reasonably priced, so we didn’t expect much. This is a beautiful, charming little hotel with a restaurant that serves delicious food. The rooms were comfortable, spotless and very luxurious considering we walked the Camino. I would come back and book this for a holiday, exploring the area. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect

Excellent location, nicely updated rooms, clean and conveniently located if doing the Camino. Even though there were a few restaurants beside the hotel (also convenient), there was no pounding music - only people talking. With the windows closed at night, we did not hear anything ( other than the singing Spaniard at 6 AM :) ). Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Very comfortable stay and would not hesitate to book in again.

Inconvenience: The backpack from the Camino pilgrimage had to be delivered from Hotel Ruas to Hostel Lotus. It was not delivered to the indicated address even though a bag was attached to the backpack in which 10 euros were left (instead of 6). Through the mediation of the Lotus hostel staff, a taxi brought the backpack. In the bag, instead of 10 euros for transport, we found 6 euros, a bag closed with adhesive tape and paper clips. The luggage was not delivered and the contents of the bag were changed. Unexpectedly...

Great location. Great beds. Stayed here are there was limited accommodation choices on the Camino that day in Pontevedra. Booked the day before. Great water pressure in the shower. It was a struggle to get up and walk again the next day it was so comfortable.

It would have been good if breakfast options had been offered when I checked in. I probably would have been an easy guest to upsell to!

Great location, the room was clean, and the TV had Netflix! Perfect for a rest after a long walking day on the Camino.

The staff took a while to check me in, and the room was a little depressing—it only had space for the bed, and the window looked into a different part of the building so there was no natural light.

Warm and enthusiastic welcome when we arrived from a long day walking the Camino. We had a great two-bed corner room on an upper floor overlooking the square below. Worried at first that the noise from the bar on the square would be an issue - not at all. Double windows and curtains blocked nearly all noise from outside. AC worked just fine. Tub and shower worked just fine. Location was near to both the historic center and the Camino. No problems at all!

Best hotel in best town of our Camino trip. Was a lovely buzzy Sunday arvo with band etc. Hotel room was fantastic- style and quality. Reception staff lovely too! Also a lift for tired legs but very safe room with little balconies overlooking the plaza. Fabulous!

Extremely central, right in the middle of the old city center. Very charming neighborhood and close to all the restaurants. Clean facilities and friendly staff and very close to the Camino. Not a luxury hotel or anything but very good value for money.

The AC was off and due to the central location it was quite noisy from all the restaurants in the street so the room was very warm, it was difficult to sleep.
