Lots of variety of foods for breakfast. Wish I had more time to eat and enjoy it! Loved that the rooms were cleaned very well and towels changed everyday. We stayed for 6 days. Receptionists all spoke good English and were very helpful in answering all questions. Location is excellent and next to great shopping mall. Rooms very quiet. Great sleep. Loved our stay. Would definitely stay there again or recommend to a friend!!

That the hotel rooms did not have a kettle or tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel for me would reach excellent if they had a tray in the rooms for guest to make their own tea or coffee or hot water in the room. Also if there was ironing facility in the room. Other wise the rest was perfect.

They offered us to use the freezer in their kitchen. We could freeze our water bottles overnight for the sightseeing on the next day. The staff (both at reception and cleaning staff) were very kind and polite. There is a bath tab in my room :) My friends told that they have one in their room too. The room including the bath room is very clean. The location is very good. It is very near from both metro and railway stations. And a big shopping center with a huge supermarket (opened until 22:00) is exactly next to the hotel.

It's a great hotel if you plan to visit the Madrid area. It has a very good location—about half an hour from Madrid City Center by car—and is a perfect choice for a one-star trip around Madrid (Toledo, Segovia, etc.). The hotel is about 3 minutes drive from the highway. The rooms were spacious. Free underground parking, an adjacent shopping mall with a supermarket. The staff was nice and helpful. Very good breakfast (Eggs, cheese, sausages and pastrami, fruits, bread, etc.).

Although the breakfast was very good, they don't serve vegetables at all (so if it's important to you, consider that). For a couple of days, there was a smell of cigarette smoke on our floor, even though it's prohibited to smoke.

Nice location, next to subway but its also good if you have a car. Sharing same parking with shopping mall generally empty. Free parking is the best advantage of that hotel. its real 4 start hotel breakfast product quality and facilities and quite sufficient. Cleaning completed daily bases. complementarities added daily bases. Quite clean hotel. I believe that Hotem management is doing their job well. There is carrefour in the shopping mall, there are burger-king , KFC around and reachable by foot but car recommended also you can find food even at late hours. We used our car to reach city center and finding well maintained parking garage in city center is a challenge and generally slots are quite narrow but we never felt unsafe. I definitely choose that hotel again.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and check in was very smooth and easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable and i liked the mini fridge which came with two bottles of free water, which was a lovely touch. The maids keep the rooms very clean and organised.

The walls are incredibly thin and the maids are noisy in the morning, often shouting and taking phone calls loudly which made it difficult to sleep in.

I would like to thank Mr. Fernando Díaz (Director) as he immediately solved the issue with the Reception. The hotel is quiet, clean & well connected with city center.

I was trying to reach Mr. Fernando through email, phone number & went to the reception for few times and they kept saying that he is busy! I am not sure if he knows about this, or they were trying to block me from contacting him.

Good comfortable hotel less than 10 minutes walk to a train station so easy to get to central Madrid. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice at a reasonable price.

Although the hotel is close to a number of restaurants, the hotel itself does not have it's own restaurant which was not an issue for us but may be for others. Also, there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room which was a surprise for a hotel of this standard, although you are able to get free tea/coffee in the breakfast room.

LCB is next to a mall and the station . Just perfect for us staying to be near family . Rooms are great , quiet and comfortable . The staff are lovely and welcoming , helpful in rebooking for our next stay in a couple of weeks .

There isn’t a kettle in the room , can’t make tea . You only get bottled water on arrival . When it’s busy it’s impossible to get the lift to your room .

The hotel's premises are ok but not extraordinary for my 4* standards. However, the staff is amazing and were extremely helpful with doing their best to welcome us and make sure our stay was comfortable. There's a train station right next to the hotel which made it very easy to get to Madrid's city centre, but the train takes about 25/30 minutes to get there, which in the morning is fine, but in the evening, besides, the last one being around mid-night, one is already too tired to travel to the hotel to change and go back for dinner and that means some limitations in terms of enjoying the night life of the city. Breakfast was good (fresh and quality food).

There's a shopping centre next door, but the food court is very poor. Unless you appreciate fast food, I don't recommend it.
