Good location for bars & restaurants. Nice toiletries in room. Mini fridge.

A bit tatty needs a refurb. Staff at reception didn't tell us about restaurant in hotel or any other things on offer. Room very warm, couldn't get it cooler without opening window & then it was noisy. No tea/coffee facilities in room, although you can purchase a hot drink in restaurant. Shower went very hot or cold, no constant temperature. Hairdryer didn't blow, just warm air came out. Lighting in room was rubbish, very dark & the decor was dark so didn't help. In general didn't think it was worth the cost.

Location it's quite good for eating out visit local amenities and using transports all within 10 minutes! But it seems that rubbish collectors at mid night it's so noisy it's a pain!..I meant to go to the town Hall(ayuntamiento) and place a complain as why can't they collect during the day!!...but is not the hotel fault !!

I like the room bright and airy, not so much the picture of machinery on the wall hardly inspiring when you take time off to be with family and friends and you get back to the room with those wheels nuts snd bolts on the wall!! Mostly I liked the bathroom! And I like the fact that its clean and when coming back it's all dust free and nice ! And the bed it's do comfortably and good for sleeping well with superb crisp clean bed linen!! I loved that!

The hotel staff is very approachable and kind. They are doing their best to reach out to us when we have a request.

Clean and good location. Liked Mataro very much and so easy to get into Barcelona as the express bus stop is about 25 metres away. EUR4.90 for a 40 minute journey.

Fairly basic

I was so surprised by this hotel as the reviews previously had given it quite low scores. We found it so welcoming, the room was a good size, it was quiet and clean. The reception staff were so helpful.

We had a fire alarm in the night that proved to be a false alarm! The staff dealt with the issue very efficiently and calmly.

This hotel has a fantastic location nearby the beach and the city centre, as well as only 25 mins away from Barcelona. There was a big free of payment parking just 1 min walk from the hotel and that came in very handy for our 10 nights stay and parking our car for free and safely. The staff is so helpful and kind at all times. From the reception to the cleaning and maintenance, all so kind and supportive. A very nice option they have for breakfast is the 5 euros deal with a coffee, croissant, mini sandwich and a juice. On days where you just want to grab something quick and hit the road to the beach or an attraction in Barcelona, this was a very practical option that we enjoyed. We definitely recommend it 👌 😊

After reading the reviews I was not expecting much at all but this hotel exceeded all my expectations! I booked late & since there was a F1 test on this was the only availability & It was a perfect stay!! I was alone as a female and made to feel very comfortable & safe! The WIFI for work & streaming was good & the location is great for food, shops & the beach. There is a nice easy 1hr walk to a mall outside of town with all the shops you'd expect. I am not sure why this hotel has such bad reviews, it was great!! Perfect for business OR a getaway

I really enjoyed my stay. I don't like the bad reviews this hotel has got, it was great. Yes it's not the prettiest but I have stayed all over the world and this is far better than many other hotels in Mataro!

Personnell is very helpful, nice and professional, the location of the Hotel is good, the wifi works very well and the room is very bag. I had the room with the terrace, which is quite big too. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom as a bath tube and is very spacious. I have had dinner a couple of times there and the food is good.

It is great to have an underground parking, though the parking spaces are quite small, and if you have a big car sometimes it can be tricky to park. A part from that it was all good, perhaps the chance to have a coffee in the room or on each floor would be good.

The staff is excellent, always attentive and willing to help with whatever you want, very friendly above all.

The mattress was extremely hard! I couldn't rest comfortably.
