We absolutely loved the location surrounded by nature with amazing views across the village to the sea. The salt water pool is a treat! The grounds are beautifully kept and instill a sense of peace. The building is gorgeous with lots of nice zones for relaxing. The staffing was minimal while we were there, but this suited us fine as it felt even more relaxed.

The bed had some wheels which meant whenever we got in or out of bed, we felt like it was rolling around. I also think maybe the door downstairs could be changed to be a latch lock so that you can leave the building without needing the key to unlock.

Characterful, charming building. Our room was elegant, traditional and charmingly furnished. Bathroom was very well equipped with an amazing shower. Breakfast was continental style with lovely bread, ham and cheeses. Lots of fresh fruit as well. Delightful, well maintained gardens with a large swimming pool which was heaven when the temperature reached 35 degrees. The owner and his wife went over and above our expectations when my husband wanted to watch the ladies World Cup final. A television appeared and was duly set up for him. Very much appreciated as you can imagine.

A kettle would have been useful for making an early morning drink prior to going down for breakfast.

Beautiful place, ideally situated far from the madding crowd, yet only ten minutes drive to a wide expanse of sandy beach, or a beautiful national park just an hours interesting drive the other direction. Not far from Barcelona either. Ideal for a group, as there are plenty of chilling areas. Lovely breakfast, lovely staff, lovely pool, lovely grounds & views.

Nothing, (except maybe noise from rooms above, as ancient and echoey build, if being particularly picky.)

Excellent breakfast buffet selection available until 11 am that was enjoyed by all.

All good just add a bit of variety to the mix, a choice of an egg or two would have been welcomed.

Unfortunately a barking dogs ruined night's rest. Would also be nice to have coffee making facilities in the room considering breakfast is only from 09:00 o'clock.

The room was facing the backyard where the cars park is located. You can't sleep with the window open...

Excellent location, ambience and view. Great saltwater pool and very well kept Garden and Terrace with their lovely cats roaming around to play with.

Would be great to have a water boiler and some cups/glasses in the room.
