Delightful old building in beautiful part of the old town. Very good value with breakfast included. The staff in Reception are outstanding, friendly and helpful, even, without being asked, getting bus tickets for us online.

Location, in the heart of the old quarter. A very friendly receptionist.

There is no parking at the hotel and it is difficult to find some in the area. But that is the price of staying in a very historic zone.

It's a perfect location for the sight seeing and lovely restaurants in town, and the staff are so, so friendly and helpful. The arab baths are a lovely treat - and a 90-minute visit to the baths is included for each night you stay, so we enjoyed a pamper session too.

This is an old building, so you can hear every creak of a stair and people in other rooms, water running etc. Ear plugs were handy for me to get some sleep. Whilst it was fine for us because we reserved parking and had a confident driver with us, if you are coming by car please be prepared for crazy narrow streets!

Lovely building , room ok & lovely bathroom- would have liked a kettle. Great to have experience of Arab baths. Offered parking which was very helpful.

Breakfast could have included local baked croissants, chopped fruit, and salad/veg. Would have appreciated a kettle for drinks & coffee / tea for breakfast instead of a machine.

Definitely the hamman is a big part for me returning to this hotel. It is so lovely to have this relaxing time after a day sightseeing. A must is a massage even if only 15 minutes.. Breakfast is abundant with loads of local produce. It's near to many restaurants and cafes and the beautiful Adarve balcony which is breathtaking. A lovely place to unwind.

Found it a shame dip pool on the roof was closed and temperatures still soo high in October.

The rooms were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast plentiful and gorgeous location. The staff were so friendly and very helpful.

The only problem was finding the street where the hotel is. All very narrow but eventually having parked and walked there it became very easy,
