Loved the giant bed!! Loved that our little doggy was welcome. Great breakfast. Carrefour right next door.

Dog fee, parking & city tax was an unexpected extra €43 :(

Breakfast was excellent, location was very convenient, sufficiently close to the city centre, train station, and the shopping mall. We specifically chose this hotel for being away from the night life, so it was possible to relax in peace. Staff at the reception were very helpful, everybody spoke English. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, there was a lot of space for clothes and other things, and a safe. The restaurant served delicious high-quality food in the evenings, we especially enjoyed steak tartar. After check-out we left our luggage with hotel before going to airport, and it was reassuring to get tags for each bag, and to get our bags handled only by staff - this is is not so in many other hotels where anybody can go into the luggage room and luggage is not tagged.

In April the air conditioner did not cool down the room and only heated it. So the only way to get fresh air without warming the room was to open the window. This worked well except in windy weather, when the window could not stay opened by itself, and we could not sleep properly. A design feature in our economy room was a heavy bathroom glass sliding door, which looked good, but produced noise each time anybody opened it. The location of plug sockets was not very convenient, none near one bed, and no usb-sockets.

I would like to extend my compliments to Kevin, the receptionist. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful dining experience. His recommendation was spot on, and we loved every minute of our dinner. Kevin is undoubtedly a great asset to your hotel, and his excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable!

Very nice, clean room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection of meat, cheese, breads and pastries/cakes. They also provide gluten free, lactose free and sugar free options. Car park is secure and handy in the basement, but quite expensive €15.50/day. Centre is just 15mins walk, there is also a great craft beer bar on the way (Cellar Brewing).

Car park price. You can check in online and choose your room, but we couldn't get the room choosing feature to work. Only one lift goes to the car park, so make sure you get the correct one.

Although I booked the hotel for 8 of us unfortunately i couldn't go due to illness so this review is taken from the people who went.

They mentioned that the breakfast was very good and a bit disorganised

The hotel was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious and had a balcony. There was underground parking at the hotel which was very accessible. The hotel was in walking distance of the old Town which had many bars and restaurants plus lots of interesting buildings and architecture.

The hotel was value for money and the room was well appointed. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony which was appreciated.

The hotel was a not centrally located, however, it was a short walk to the centre.

This hotel is only 10 mins walk from the centre and the lovely square and all its beautiful buildings there. Hotel was clean, staff were very helpful. taxi was only 3 mins away when we needed him.

Maybe a slight more variety on the breakfast bar in hot food. Even boiled eggs would have been nice.

For us it was acceptable. Late opening hours to have Diner and or a drink.

25 Euro for the overnight stay of our small dashound is not rallye acceptable, anyway we wereld happy to find a hotel taking a dog overnight

Location was good, staff were friendly, room was quiet-ish, bed was comfortable and shower was nice.

The sliding door of the bathroom was unpleasantly noisy and parking cost was on the higher side for being in Reus.
