Loved the hotel the food was lovely, pools were nice but would prefer no grass a dirt around small kids pool as it made pool dirty when kids walk in dirt

was disappointed to be told when there we hadn't free tickets to parks as advertised on your website ,I did book try booking.com but presumed we would get them , got half price whitch was ok in end, wasn't happy with man at desk attitude about it

In the process of being renovated and the room was lovely and fresh and clean but the renovations are only half complete! The pool is lovely and it’s a great location for Portaventura Park with a free shuttle service!

It’s NON smoking / vaping in ALL areas of the Hotel and the outside grounds! After a while it is quite annoying that you have to keep going out to the front of the Hotel to vape especially if you’re sunbathing or having a drink at the outside bar and most times we were outside we were offered drugs and we’re in our 50’s!

Loved the hotel. Very busy reception but staff looked after everyone ,especially Assia. She was so efficient and made us feel so welcome with a smile The manager Pau was lovely and took the time to ask us if all was OK and remembered our past conversations and took the time to have a chat with me and my husband and family. All staff from bar staff, cleaning staff and the restaurant were brilliant.. I would recommend this hotel. Location to theme park was amazing..

The layout of the room. Couldn't decide if it was a hotel type room or a self catering room but with no kettle cups or any equipment. A bit confusing.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly through checking in/out, serving dinner, entertainment, etc. Amazing view of Salou from the balcony Rooms had good ambience and lighting Cleaners visited regularly and kept cleanliness to a high standard

Half board - lots of options for breakfast/dinner, food was labelled poorly, eg. What looked like Breaded chicken was labelled “chicken”, when cutting into it had cheese in it. Shower - shower drain was blocked, requested for it to be fixed and was told it would, however it was not fixed during my stay leading to 2 minute showers before it would flood the room.

Loved everything. The cleanliness of the rooms every day and fresh towels was fantastic. Beautiful pool area and the surroundings. We had bed and breakfast and the food was amazing and such an array. Excellent and the Maitre D was a gentleman every morning.

THE PIPED MUSIC! You will have to change that music when there is no entertainment on. It was very depressing especially when you are sitting on your own at the tables or around the bar. Everyone loves Spanish music and songs when we go to Spain so I will just say the music has to go. We spend a lot of money to go to Spain to have fun and music can help with that. But that would be the one and only complaint I would have.

Breakfast was only ok,the dinner was very good and great value for money

Everything was very good,the 1 thing that was abit different to ireland was the bar staff were very slow

The hotel was very nice. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Breakfast and Dinner were excellent, with a good choice of dishes. We didn't use the pool

The hotel was full of young children, and the majority were very noisy and with absolutely NO control from either parents or the hotel staff. They most definitely spoiled our time at the hotel. The entertainment was as bad as it gets, catering mainly for children and was most certainly the worst we have ever experienced, mainly due to the children. We didn't like the fact that there was no quiet area, where we could enjoy a chat and a drink with our friends.

Very nice hotel. Other guests were lovely and it was clear everyone was very relaxed. Bedrooms are small but comfortable. Services and cleaning daily. Food was good. A great selection.

My aunt was sick and the life guard was very aggressive towards our family. We were pour a cup of water on her knee so she could feel the water. The lifeguard totally overreacted and became very aggressive. He was shouting in Spanish. It was absolutely over the top. So disappointing to think someone would react like this over something so simple .

Breakfast , Lunch and Evening meals were excellent and all food was hot and replenished when it ran out or running low by staff , staff were attentive but not overly so and pool front and rear were used frequently by us during our stay and life guards on duty at all times apart from swop over times , inflatables allowed in small pool at rear which didn't get the sun until pm so was great for kids as didn't get burnt

room on a lower floor as per 3 emails i sent prior to my stay which was slightly annoying so ended up on 4 th floor but had a pool view albeit didn't venture onto balcony very often as having young children , that's why we wanted a room a low floor but room was great for our needs and only showered and slept in it to be fair

food was great, really good choice every night staff where very helpful
