Price was fantastic for the apartment

No kettle which we found very strange plus the oven wouldn't work

No pool during our stay Would’ve like to be notified of cleaning

I was charged a €200 security deposit on my card which was returned immediately after check out.

The beds were not comfy.

i liked the security of the building, i felt very safe

the traffic was a bit noisy since my balcony overlooked one of the main roads in Salou, but the location was perfect

First thing was hot water was come so little you can not complete a simple shower. The shower was not shower ' but can say water was dripping slowly. Second thing is customer service' i had bus to airport at 9 in the morning' i went to give back keys around 8.50' there was one girl in the office' i told i want to give back keys' she said rudely come at 9' i said i have bus to go' sge said 9 again. Then i wanted to drop the keys in the box they placed for out of office hours key collection purpose. Then she almost got angry and snatched the keys from my hand' u was stunned. But i had bus so i left quickly. Bad exprience on 29 May 2025. 🤔

The pool was really quiet and there’s no crazy rush for sunbeds, the room was spacious and did what advertised

I’d pay more to stay pool view it was so so noisy at night in the front and the slates on the pull out bed were broken

we had 2 rooms books and some parts of the hotel arent connected and they offered tooms on the same floor and it was accessable unless u went nack down stairs
