Location to the main town and the theme/waterpark is fantastic. The indoor pool/spa facilities are a great addition. The 3 bed apartment was spacious with a huge balcony and had a lot of kitchen utensils. The beds were comfy. The staff were really friendly, polite and helpful.

The pool has no sunbeds and you can’t eat round the pool or use inflatables. The room was clean but a bit tired with watermarks where there had been a previous flood. The wiring on the tv and iron was a bit dodgy, the air con broke but it was fixed within 24 hours.

Loved the pool area. Was nice and quiet and private. Pool was georgous and lifeguard on duty all the time. Apartment itself was bright and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed and air con was excellent.... Area was away from the busy strip but ideal for walking to beach, shops and restaurants...

The hallways, stairs and lift were very not very clean and looked like they were never cleaned during the 6 nights we stayed. However the apartment was lovely and clean....... Unfortunately some of the blinds were stuck so rooms were very bright early in the morning Unfortunately towels were never changed in the 6 nights we were there

We had the Apartment with Pool option which was a two-bedroom apartment in Block E, up on the third floor, which was very good! Very large, clean, two very good bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom. Arrived early in the day, the staff were nice to let us check in at 4.30pm, but had full use of the swimming pool until that time. Location is great. Can reach the beach in ten minutes, or PortAventura World in 20 minutes. The toaster we had wasn't working, so we took it back to reception on way out and a new one had been left by time we got back which was great. Overall, very pleased and happy with what we booked.

Would be nice to have sunbeds around the pool, although these might be snapped up quite quick anyway, was very busy when we were there. Air con a little temperamental, was hard to get it to do what we wanted at times, but cold was lovely and cold.

ease of access, comfort, location, quiet but only because it is out of season. I should imagine in the summer it is caos there.

maybe a welcome pack of some tea, coffee, milk would be nice and some water. Kettle would have been better than boiling water in a saucepan

Location, pool and facilities were very good, AirConditioning in the apartment was very good and easy to use. Overall it was ideal for our budget and suitable to our needs. Hot water available whenever we needed it. Decent powerful showers. Would recommend as a basic to moserate self-catering accomodatiom

Beds were a little hard No sun beds at the pool It took 3 days to get a kettle for the room, which should have been included as per list of facilities.

Proximity meant we could check out of Hotel Portaventura and walk here comfortably. Then walk into Salou town in the evening. Compared to the 300 Euros at Portaventura Hotel, the Iberisol was a bargain. Huge pools, spa, spacious rooms, clean bedding etc. our room was not outdated, think perhaps the owner took a trip to ikea after some of the previous reviews. Kids grateful for the blankets. Guy at reception very friendly, Vending machine useful, cold water only 1 Euro. On 3rd floor but lift (funnily enough we were also on 3rd floor at so called 4* Hotel Portaventura that had no lift!). Kitchen cleaning items provided. Used pan to boil water to make kids noodles, nice to have freezer to chill the water. Again the 4* we stayed at didn’t have freezer or boiling facilities. Not sure why this is only 2 star, when it was better than the 4* in many ways

The apartments are very spacious and the location is great for Portaventura. This is the second time we've stayed here and will definitely stay again. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The spa is also a bonus. There's an indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. It is mandatory to wear a swim cap but these can be bought from the supermarkets for around €5.

I was bit worried after reading some reviews. However, our apartment was nice, clean, spacious, had comfortable beds and pillows and lovely view of the outdoor pool. The guy at the reception was friendly and helpfull. We could leave our luggages there while went to explore the town on our last day. We walked to the park which took about 15- 20 mins and the train station Port aventura is about 25 mins away. We intended to use the indoor pool but unfortunately we were very busy and the kids were bit sick. It looked lovely though. We stayed during Easter weekend and it was surprisingly quiet, no street noise or noise from other rooms. We had very good sleep there. I would certainly return.

The twin room has a very small shower, the shower head is very high up and as a result it floods the bathroom. There was no floor mat available. I had to use one of the hand towels to dry the floor. There is nowhere to hung the hand towel and no shelve to put toiletries. The double room is better though. There is no shampoo or shower gel, luckilly I brought some with me.

We were staying there because we went to Portaventura for 2 days and it was really close ( by car less than 10 minutes) . They offer parking but there were enough free spaces on the road beside the apartment. The apartment was really nice, balconies in each room, comfortable beds, nicely decorated and clean. As we were 5, 2 adults and 3 kids, they provided us with a foldable extra bed which we put in one of the bedrooms. It was especially great having 2 bathrooms. As it was low season , all restaurants in the area were closed, so we found a supermarket in walking distance and cooked in the apartment. We found everything needed and enjoyed our stay with our 3 kids. Only downside was that the indoor pool and sauna/ spa complex was closed during our stay but it said so on the website when we booked, so we knew about it. They also have a big pool in the communal area which is open in summer, so we are looking forward to return. The check- in was super quick, you have to leave by 11am and when doing earlier, you can just put you apartment key in a letter box. The reception area has a vending machine selling drinks and also a coffee machine.

Apartment looks like after flood... There are cheap furniture, toilets look poor, shower door broken, rust, climate inside - like time stopped there 10years ago, beds - most uncomfortable I ever used...we couldn't check in 1h before check-in time (5pm, which is really late time compare to other places) apartament needs investments and refresh... Beautifull pictures on booking but reality is sad...
