We liked this hotel very much! Actually everything was really good! We liked the hotel as a whole, it is good situated (to the city Salou Beach it is 5-7 minutes walk, but we went to the Capellans Beach - it is 7-10 minutes walk). There are a lot of restaurants and bars and shops near the hotel, but anyway it is really quiet in the hotel, we almost didn’t hear all the noise from the street at night. The room was really clean and it looked exactly the same like on the photos on the Booking. We took only breakfast and it was very various, we enjoyed it every day. When we just arrived we took lunch at their restaurant ( it costed 17€ per person) and it also was really good! Thanks to a reception girl Kseniya, she was nice and helpful! And of course we enjoyed the PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land (it was included in our price) and the transfer from the hotel was always on time

Everything was really nice!

Although the rooms have been refurbished,not the bathrooms. They definitely need some touching up and the ventilation in the bathroom needs to be fixed. Breakfast was excellent and no matter who was on duty ,we were greeted with a smile every morning. The breakfast selection was vast and fresh too.

The lifts …wow …a real struggle to get to use it ! Constantly busy ,full of people and going either up when you had to go down or the other way. No mirror in the room at all and since there is so much space either side of the TV unit,more shelves are needed.

Room was large , swimming pool was a good size with plenty of seating. Hotel is only 2 streets away from the beach and all the shops. Food was very basic and repetitive but edible. staff members were great. Air con in the main reception and the downstairs area was great. Great private car park under the hotel.

Staff were very slow to serve, almost deliberate I would say, English was very poor when communicating. The rooms in August are stifling hot,35°degrees day and night and the air con in our room was terrible.. leading to unsettled sleep every night. Entertainment is below poor, it was terrible. The cocktails are non alcoholic, which no one told me for the 1st 2 days.

Room was perfect. Breakfast and evening meals were both fantastic. Huge variety of food on offer. 20 minute walk to Theme Park. Tickets to water park 33% off from Reception. Would def stay again. Great value for money.

Only negative was pool was small and over crowded. All sun beds taken or reserved. Pool side entertainment was also noisy (day time only) Never got to use pool for this reason. Problem is that the hotel is pretty large so have to expect this?

The location is perfect and the coach transfer to PortAventura is really handy. The rooms and all of the different areas in the hotel were clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had so many different options. The beds were comfy and the rooms were as shown in the pictures. The staff on reception were really helpful with everything we asked them and happy to book us taxis.

It was noisy outside our room until quite late at night as we were above the front of the hotel where the children were playing outside. We couldn’t get a sunbed by the pool and there is definitely room to have more sunbeds. The bar area is clean and modern but didn’t have much atmosphere but there is loads of bars close by to go out at night.

Enjoyed being close to Salou centre, and the beach. Room was large and comfortable. Swimming pool was lovely and well managed. Food quality was good (we were half board). Staff were friendly and helpful (when not hurrying the table to finish mealtimes)

Having to book timeslots for meals - removed spontaneity and meant that we had to wake early or rush back for dinner (there are limited slots, so we were forced to breakfast early and . This is not what one wants for a relaxing holiday. Meals felt like a military exercise. Breakfast slot was 40 mins - inadequate time for a leisurely breakfast. Dinner also felt rushed. Would stay elsewhere next time due to this fundamental issue.

Welcoming and helpful staff, Argi & Daniel reception especially & all others, plus Fanny, Jordi & big thanks to Maria lunch chef for wonderful & exceptional service. We took the Bus Plana from Barcelona & bus dropped us at hotel. Return via same bus walk is less 5 minutes to Placa europe. Food options extensive, Clean. I was hesitant to book this hotel but so glad I did. The price was reasonable for the port ventura tickets however we upgraded to fully inclusive as we booked half board. The shuttle bus runs 3 times in morning however if u finish earlier, you have option to walk back or wait till 6h30, we walked back & got a little lost but it's fine. 2nd day we walked back to Ferrari land as it opens at 5pm. It was quick 15 minutes more or less & returned with shuttle bus. Although we are not spanish Speaking, it was an excellent stay. We also walked to the beach front via the park there's shops, restaurants, like 5 minutes away. Take note of landmarks and road names to make it easier. Cleaning staff is friendly.

The location, the cleanliness was really good. Efficient staff. Comfortable beds. Great size balcony. Great A/C. Breakfast, great variety of options and tasted lovely. Great entertainment in the hotel.

Check in took a little longer than expected but staff were quick to sort it out. Fridge in room wasn’t great and had a leak. Was confusing at first to work the shower head. Would have been nice to have a small bin in the bathroom.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. The food was lovely. A great selection and different everyday. All inclusive drinks were great. Perfect location. Close to the main strip but far enough away for some peace and quiet. In places like this you get what you pay for and for what you pay for this hotel, the service and quality is excellent. We went off peak and I felt like the reception and bar at times were under staffed. It wasn't a major issue for us but I could imagine during high season it could be a problem

Spotless clean, All staff very friendly, Comfy beds, food delicious, Courtesy bus to the parks,

A kettle in the room would have been ideal. With such beautiful balcony would have been lovely to sit down with a cuppa very early morning or late at night instead of getting dressed and having to leave the room to get one.
