The hotel is well kept, constantly being cleaned, food was exceptional, great selection. Breakfast could be very busy but still plenty of food that kept being restocked. Entertainment each day was great.

The only thing that made it a little difficult for the kids was that the animation team spoke mostly in Spanish with a few English words so it was hard to understand what was happening with the entertainment and that put them off getting involved.

Room lovely, very spacious and comfortable beds. Toiletries and dental kits etc provided which is a very nice touch. Breakfast buffet very nice with a great selection. Pool is very nice lots of loungers. Staff are lovely and always happy to help. The area around the hotel is quiet which I enjoyed. 3 shops, pharmacy, restaurants and bars within walking distance. You can see the beach from the hotel. I also rented a bike from reception. You can cycle to salou and cambrils within 15 minutes.

The towel hook was falling off in the bathroom (a minor detail). My main issue was the loud closing of doors in the morning. No need to set an alarm for breakfast as you would be woken up by other guests leaving their room. This began at about 8.30 and continued through until breakfast finished at 10. A real shame because I couldn't fault anything else about the hotel. Might be worth upgrading to some soft-close doors...

The hotel is ideally located just outside Cambrils and 100m from the beach. It is a 15-minute walk into Cambrils or there is a local (Busplana) bus which you can get right outside the hotel and runs every 30mins (but check times when there). Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful throughout, at reception, bar, restaurant, pool, etc. They offered advice and recommendations and provided information on local transport/taxis/restaurants/entertainment etc. The hotel also rents bicycles at very reasonable rates which is a great way to see Cambrils. You can cycle the promenade from Cambrils to Salou and back. The hotel was very clean and the facilities were excellent. There is a well-equipped gym, a nice bar (with entertainment), and the pool area has lots of loungers and seating areas. It was off-season (April) so there was no issue with getting a sunbed by the pool or tables in the bar/restaurant. The hotel also provides beach towels and umbrellas and just requires a deposit (€10 each). We booked half-board and the choice of food and the quality was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, and would highly recommend this hotel.

I could not find fault with this hotel, we had a wonderful experience. If I had to say anything negative then the pool was cold - but it is April - and in fact we had great weather so it was refreshing!

Beautiful pool with a deep end. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety (savoury and sweet). The room would be a little small for a long stay (we were there just for the night). But bathroom very clean and spacious with great water pressure.

I didn't realise when I booked, but this hotel was very popular with families apparently. So if you want to enjoy some peace and quiet by the pool for example or at the restaurant, this is the wrong place to book.

We loved how close it was to the beach and the layout of the hotel. Luckily we got a pool view balcony so we got great views and light. The staff were all brilliant especially the bar staff. They were so attentive and efficient our whole stay. Also the food was delicious! We had dinner a few times in the hotel and couldn’t get over the range of different foods on offer!

The only thing I would say is the decor of the walls in the bedroom didn’t quite match with the rest of the hotel.

l. The toaster took an age to toast very very slow. And water to make tea from machine was tepid. Could do with a hot water machine for the tea drinkers. Beer from the bar was very flat. Pity big tree outside balcony blocking any view

Excellent Breakfast, staff were very friendly and attentive. Pool area was spotless with plenty of sun loungers. I had an early departure and was provided with a continental breakfast.

No cash accepted at the bar.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Great poolside entertainment and drinks service. Food in general was fantastic - huge selection of foods. Located in quieter area of Cambrils but perfect.

Lack of towels for three people in the room. They seemed to either run out or forget to come back and stock the 3 towels. Lift was slow and floor was noisy but that was more from the kids slamming bedroom doors rather than the hotels fault.

Reception staff were excellent, we were checked in quickly and given all necessary details and more, restaurant food was amazing, excellent quality and variety, hotel extremely clean, room a little tight but it came with small balcony, lovely bathroom, hotel has plenty of different seating areas, very short walk to beautiful beach, i definitely think we found a hidden gem,

The cleanliness was outstanding very quiet and peaceful the prices at the bar were very reasonable breakfast a large variety of different foods and the staff were in large super friendly

The reception was sparsely staffed at times meaning a long wait Even though there were signs warning guest’s not to put towels on the sun beds prior to using them I would say around 60% ignored this rule and it was tough to find a sun bed at times
