The staff is amazing, and we give special thanks to Luiza, the animators, and the managers. The food was good, and the sea was near. It was interesting as the majority of guests were either from France or from Spanish, very few were from GB. I appreciate that they have a dedicated person who watches the swimming pool. It allowed leaving my son, who can swim quite well in the swimming pool alone. Regarding the animators, they do their best to involve all children around in their activities, and these activities differ from day to day. So, my son was busy an additional couple of hours per day. Beplana buses go quite often, so it is easy to get to Salou or Calambris port.

It was a little bit noisy even after 11 PM, but after midnight there weren't any activities

The staff were great & the food was very tasty 😋. The beach was only a 2 min walk & the view was beautiful with Crystal clear water & a clean beach. There was entertainment for my daughter that she loved & made friends with the staff & other children over the few days we spent there.

The room could have been checked & giving wipe over before we checked in, as they don't give you the keys before 1200hrs.

my ONLY gripe ( if l must have one), is the smelly plants around the central pool/play area

Got a package with breakfast and dinner included and the food quality was great. The room was spotless clean and the bathroom looks like it was recently renovated.

Maybe the breakfast and dinner window could be extended 30 minutes or 1 hour during the weekends.

The swimming pool, great size and atmosphere Location, perfect for families and great for runners The pressure of the shower 🚿 ATM at the hotel (although was out of order for a couple of days) Cleaning service very flexible, they would come back if we were still in the room.

Just a minor one, it would be useful if the food at the buffet could have labels.

Great location, good food, clean, very friendly staff. We stayed twice in this nice hotel and will come again ❤️

- The room (a triple one) was very specious and clean. The bathroom was the same - The food was good (we had breakfast and dinner) - The apartment is near to the beach (max. 10 minutes walking)

- The room had a strange smell, similar to an old house. For 1 night-stay it was OKish, but for a long stay we couldn't stay in that room with that smell.
