I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Spain for one week with my family and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth, and I felt at home right away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, quiet atmosphere, and daily housekeeping service. Everything I needed was provided, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The hotel’s location was also a big plus — close to the beach,to great restaurants, shops. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of fresh options each morning. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return in the future. Muchas gracias to the entire team!

Very clean & food at breakfast was really good and excellent value for money. We were breakfast only. Staff were very friendly and professional - all staff from reception to pool bar to breakfast to room cleaning. Pool bar staff excellent and cocktails were lovely!! Pool area very clean too

I thought the prices at the pool bar were a bit steep though the food/drink was good enough quality. Something like a Caesar salad would be good on the menu. Not many healthy options. 3 euro for a bottle of water when it is 24 cents in Aldi across the road was not great.

We went as a family (2 parents and a 10 month old) A few things we loved: The location less than 5 mins from the main area for all the restaurants/shops/beaches. It has a baby pool and a deeper pool. It was not mental busy you would get a sun bed any time of the day. The staff are very very helpful and want to help you. The breakfast was always so so fresh. It was the same every day but it had absolutely everything so you couldn’t possibly eat the same thing every day. It’s a very clean hotel. The cleaners do a great job.

Met our expectations of a good value for money hotel centrally located in Cambrils. Very good levels of cleanliness in every area with the exception of the smell of sewerage in the gym and the toilets in that area. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. All hotel employees were delightful and helpful. I'd recommend

Asked for rooms close to each other as my daughter was travelling with us and staying in her own room. We were in 222 and they placed her in 203 which really wasnt very close in fact the complete opposite end of a long corridor

Great hotel with much better food than some of the other four star hotels we have stayed in. Reception desk staff had good knowledge and particularly Sara was able to answer all our questions. Easy to find as we are on a driving holiday and the parking was safe and secure. Very close to bars and restaurants which is a bonus . Took a boat trip up to Salou which is easy to arrange near the harbour and takes you to Salou old town.

Having no coffee when I first arrived,A few years since I last used your hotels when there was coffee available.So nice to sit in the room and have a coffee,only stayed 2 days so it would have been a waste to buy a large jar.It surely can't be a large cost to provide,? Had lunch one afternoon and was waiting nearly 30 minutes on a toasted sandwich arriving ,seemed to be a problem for some other dinners also.

Location was good, close to beach and town. Rooms comfortable and cleaned regularly. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices

There was no toilet in the pool area. You had to go through the lobby and down one floor. It meant drying off and dressing each time you needed to visit the loo.

Fine, spacious hotel with good facilities, also considering the (friendly) price. Good breakfast. Private parking available in underground garage.

During my stay, the hotel hosted a youth soccer team who were very present in the common areas and quite noisy (outside) until late. That should have been managed properly. I understand that this is good business for a hotel during the low season, but an unwelcome surprise for other guests.

Excellent, location. , very clean room with walk in shower, and great storage space. Loved the pool with enough sun loungers. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was good although my friend thought vegetarian options limited. Entertainment in the restaurant and bar of good hotel standard 👌

No toilets at pool area or on the same level as evening bar . Pool bar food was pricey, no snacks

The hotel is beautiful. And in a brilliant location for the beach, harbour, shops and resturants. The food and drink in the hotel are reasonably priced. And a musician plays during breakfast and in the evening. The secure parking under the hotel was perfect for our Harley Davidson and offered peace of mind but is charged at €14/a day. The room was clean and the extra large bed is super comfy.

Although there is a mini bar fridge, the electric is operated by a key card, so once removed the fridge goes off. By the time youve been out for the day the room is to warm, the beers and water are warm and the milk is sour. Every tea on arrival back to the room there is the strong smell of rotten egg. The smell clears with the door open but it is quiet an unpleasant smell
