Everything, most years we holiday in the Salou and Cambrils area. And this year we stayed at this hotel is was excellent,the staff were so friendly and helpful, food was excellent as we went half board, rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean, also the proximity to the beach was brilliant meters from the hotel, all in all a great holiday, definitely worth going back again.

The staff are amazing. The cleaner always recognises us and treats us like family. The staff in reception made special surprises for my husband’s birthday. This is our favourite hotel and we love to return every year!

Although the food was really good as usual I feel they have less Spanish food than previous years but I suppose you have to cater to other nationalities so I understand. However the staff are wonderful and made sure my daughter (who has ARFID) always found something she could eat even if it wasn’t on the buffet!!

Beach front location, excellent reception staff especially Ingrid who helped us with everything from booking our bikes to spa visits. The food at breakfast lunch and dinner was the best at any hotel buffet we have been too and the restaurant manager always greated everyone with a smile and a big hello. We were grateful for their dedication during the power outage and the compliment champagne. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The staff at reception and in the main restaurant were excellent. However, the staff in the other restaurants including the outside one we found were inattentive and more interested in talking among themselves than looking after customers. We really liked the hotel other than that.

All the hotel was great: location, room, food, bar, staff, spa, facilities location: near the beach room: with sea view food: a lot of different and tasty food bar: good price for beer and nice cocktails staff: friendly and professional

a lot of old people witch were unexpectedly for us and absents night life. and also were twin bed witch had been joined together, we expected one double bed

I was recovering from a knee injury so I loved how accessible the hotel was, right on the beach with a flat prom, ideal for walking, and a bus stop right outside for longer trips. We paid extra for a view of beach and it was worth it. Didn't use pool much but found loungers were taken early. Pool area didnt get much sun, maybe because of trees and high building but didn't mind as we're not really sun worshippers and the shade would probably be appreciated in later months. Loved the fridge in the room, fab for cold drinks.

We were waiting to be served in bar a lot but my husband just went to bar himself though they would prefer u didn't, but really, a very small complaint overall . Maybe invest in better pillows!

- exceptional location, wright on the beach - public bus stop in the front of the hotel - very delicious and various food selection for all the meals - free poll / beach towels - very helpful, efficient and friendly reception staff

- no showers on the beach - poor working conditions of pool shower - entertainment program was sometimes too loud

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff were helpful and approachable. The view from the room was spectacular, good water pressure in the shower. The amount of choice you had for food was remarkable. All tasted great and the waiting/kitchen staff were very attentive at keeping it all topped up.

There wasn't much to dislike, the only thing to potentially be aware of is that all the people staying there were a bit older than us. Which I suppose is to be expected in low season. But something to be aware of if you are younger.

Food was excellent, staff were so friendly and helpful, pool and beach were beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

The only problem was that we were three adults sharing a room and the third bed was a pull-out sofa bed. The first night was uncomfortable because the bed was not one, but the manager changed our room to one with a better sofa bed and this made a big difference.

The location was very good, right across from the beach with a nice boardwalk. We did not get a chance to use the facilities available as we only stayed one night on our way to Malaga but we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel as a last minute booking. It is very much like an all inclusive, lots of families, and activities. The breakfast was included in our rate and it had many choices. We were treated to a live blues band in the evening and delicious Mojtios. The property and rooms were very clean!

The rooms were a little on the smaller side than others we stayed in but overall it was comfortable.
