I forgot my Macbook Air at the reception. I called the Hotel in the evening and tha staff of the Hotel, especially Manolo, was very helpful. He found my laptop and kept it safe with him. Later on he managed to send it to me via UPS. I am so grateful that they saved my laptop.

Food choice during lunch and dinner. Hotel is located in front of the sea. Room has a fridge. Show every day.

Swimming pool is too small for all visitors. Kids playground is a joke. During the breakfast choice is very poor. During mini disco breaks between songs are too big, they are trying to speak and interact with guests but if you cant speak Spanish it becomes very boring for kids. Food on the grill sometimes isnt cooked properly, had to ask 2 times before my salmon became pink inside. Pizza is raw as well sometimes.

The buffet is good, it's busy, so pick early times , but there is plenty of variety. The beach is on the doorstep and the kids loved the pool. Evening entertainment was fine. Our 6 and 8 year old kids were entertained with musicals, paddle boarding or just clay making. Staff are engaged but you need to go enquire to find out what's on.

Buffet is a bit noisy and busy but thats expected. We went in early and then went for a quiet drink at the bar area or sat outside.

The location close to the beach and the boardwalk for running. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean.

Parking isn't included. Our rooms faced the pool and ocean, that's nice until the evening when you are practically inside the evening show. Impossible to escape the loud sounds until 23:30. Each night. We didn't get twin beds in our family room forcing 3 near adults to share two beds. We asked for twin beds but didn't get it.

We booked the panoramic view room, which was absolutely stunning!! The hotel over all was great and easily accessible via public transport with sufficient parking space on the street and car park (paid). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and had a lot of options.

Nothing major but a few things could improve the experience. - the buffet could have more vegetarian dishes - the TV didn't have any English channels despite being mentioned on the TV Guide present in the room - the pool area was open to topless sunbathing; it was not advertised as such on the hotel page (or I probably missed it). It made the experience a bit awkward.

Friendly and helpful staff, lovely hotel with a nice pool right by the beach, less than 1min walk. It also sits on a lovely promenade which stretches on for miles and miles. I went for a job every morning and really liked the long stretch along the water.

The walls were thin, if you have chatty neighbours next door you'll hear them. Also it sounded like people were dragging furniture in the room above me (I was in 227) so I didn't sleep great.

The room was extremely clean, spacious enough for two, fabulous view and great sized balcony. The bed was comfortable. The staff at the inside bar were really welcoming and friendly. We only stayed one night and I would recommend it for people who don't mind noisy entertainment. After the entertainment finished it was nice and quiet. The beach is right opposite and there was nothing to dislike about that.

Great location with plenty of nice restaurants and shops very close by plus the beach was literally just outside the hotel which was brilliant! The room was also nice with a cute little balcony and the pool was very clean

The room smelt a bit smokey when we first arrived but soon went as we had the balcony door open most of the time other than that it was a nice well kept room

The room was very neat and looked modern. The bathroom was a little more worn out but that is to be expected with so many people staying there. There was no bathtub and it was so much better that way, there was much more space to have a decent shower, good water preasure. The hallway lookd clean and modern, there is access to the pool area and beach at each end of the hallways via stairs (awsome idea). The hotel entrance /bar/ pool areas were nice l. The pool was small but there was no need for a bigger one since we were steps away from the sea. The beach right outfront was narrow but if you walk 3 minutes in any direction there are bigger ones and lots of space for kids to play. The best part was the restaurant. From all the ones we stayed in, this one had the best quality food. Less quantity than others but always fresh, lots of fish and fruits. It was never boring to eat there and the staff were incredibly hard working and very nice even when they were knee deep in dirty dishes. The people cleaning the rooms were diligent and very nice everytime we crossed paths, I trully apreciate everyone that works so much and still has a nice word to say to you and a smile. Nice size balcony and from our room 134 we could see the water wich was so nice to see every morning. The AC worked for the whole time we were there.

The walls between rooms have no isolation and we can hear everything. Don't go if you really need a great night sleep or ypur baby wakes up everytime someone makes a move. It really is the only thing I can say that I was not pleased with.

Like the buffet style breakfast, lots of choice, although the dining room is very busy, unless you an early riser, maybe quiter! The pool and beach are, of course, great locations. Easy to walk to Salou, along the beachwalk, maybe 30/35 mins, depending on how fast you walk. Some restaurants and shops open, but last week, before it all shuts for the winter.

Entertainment is very loud, if you don't want to participate as it was in the bar area as the evenings are cooler last week. I prefer bigger feather pillows, these were thin. Parking can be an issue,especially in peak months. You could park across the road for €12.50 a day.
