Close proximity to the beach, supermarket and other shops are easy to reach, cleaning in the room at request, great WI-FI connection

No balcony or even window that can open properly. It was next to impossible to dry bikinis and towels after the beach. That disappointed us the most. There was no panel in the shower that should have been in place, so the toilet was always wet

The central location is great. It was quiet. Good value for money. Staff very friendly, someone was in reception at all times.

Only problem was shower was blocked and water accululated in shower floor. We mentioned it but it wasn't fixed. It would be a good idea to provide non slip mats n the shower.

In the heart of Salou. Very conveniently located. Considering it's location it was also quite quiet in the early hours which we were grateful for.. It was a budget stay which meet our most basic needs. The staff who we engaged with were pleasant.

Air con probably needed regassing. It did work but had to work hard to keep the room cool so probably cost a lot more on energy than necessary. Would have liked cups to drink from. Mixed opinion about the beds I found them acceptable on the firm side, my wife felt too firm.

The location is great,actually a bedroom facing to the railway is quite(trains don't run).The hotel is in the city centre.

There is no mosquito net on the window,so you can't sleep with the window open....because there are high bushes...and there are many mosqitos there...There is no kitchen...no fridge(even small)...For couple nights is fine...There is an air conditioner.This is an old hotel,needs repair,tiles are cracked,swings..but over all not bad.

It was noisy becasue a group of English people who made trouble at 4.30 am

Good location in the old town with good value for money accommodation for a short stay. A little far away from the bright lights of the holiday area of Salou meaning a 20 minute walk was necessary.

It could do with some updating as it is a little run down furnishings and equipment wise.

decor old, room dark, bathroom old and in need of re-decorating, new fittings etc- good rnovation of rooms to a modern standard

Older receptionist was very rude and constantly rolled her eyes at us , she only spoke Spanish which was fair enough but became very impatient with us, put us off returning
