Just home from our 5 night stay at Hotel Tolosa. We were in Salou to celebrate my daughters 18th birthday. We were bed and breakfast, and it was lovely. Would definitely recommend it and would stay here again. The staff are all really lovely. They even decorated our room for our arrival and had a bottle of prosecco for my daughter ( small additional charge). They were more than happy to help with anything. Great big shower too.

The walls are very thin so you can hear people in the other rooms, and in the corridors. One other thing I would suggest would be to offer other board basis as it would be lovely to have your evening meal there too

The hotel is lovely-- basic, yes, but very clean, convenient, and comfortable. All staff were kind and easygoing. I really liked the neighbourhood, it has nice cafés and shops nearby, but still a short walk to the sea. Ideal for those who want to keep a distance from the most touristic side of Salou. The coffee in the mornings was very nice too, and I appreciated the staff preparing it and bringing it to the table. If I'm ever in Salou again, I would return to this hotel.

I have no real complaints, but would note that breakfast is quite basic and the toiletries provided are minimal. Wasn't a problem for me, but just worth noting. There are supermarkets within a couple of minutes walking for any toiletries etc needed.

The staffs were unimaginable best at what they do. They were always welcoming and helpful. Their breakfast system and anytime check-in system makes us a comfortable tour.

The location is a little bit of position as our tour was to PortAventura, Caribe Park and Ferrari Land which is 36min walk from there. And sea beach is about 15min walk. However, their hotel provides bicycle rent service as well.

The room was good, basic but nice, breakfast was good, only stayed 1 night but comfort for that 1 night.

there was 16 of us on a Hendo, it would have been better to have another member of staff, the 1 member of staff was extremely busy on reception, we waited so long to get a drink at the bar, because she had to deal with check in, and other queries, in the end, we gave up and went out to find somewhere else.

Staff were very helpful, and breakfast was excellent. Always plenty of hot water, shower worked well and many towels. I found the bed comfortable. Very good location and liked the hotel being in the spanish area of the town.

The room walls are very thin and heard plenty from other rooms. Bathroom was a tight fit.

We loved the place!! It had perfect location, close to public transport and nice restaurants at a reasonable price! Also the employees were really nice, they clean the rooms and bring clean towels every day. Also they had wonderful breakfast. Strongly recommend!

Everything was perfect, the room was a bit small some people might say but honestly it was big enough in my opinion, the bed was a king size bed and comfortable. The bathroom was also a bit small but nice. Overall we liked it a lot!

Staff were super helpful. We had an air conditioning unit that didn't work in our room and the late night receptionist was very helpful and moved us to a new room straight away. She also went out of her way to get us extra pillows. Breakfast was plentiful with excellent variety of meats, cheese, cereal, bread, cakes, juice etc.

Faulty air con but problem was resolved quickly.

Perfect location. Easy to get to from Reid airport by taxi. Lovely friendly staff. Room very comfortable and kept clean. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from and enjoy. Close to beach and other hotels so able to meet up with my family. Mercadona close by!

It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Amazing location. Hotel looked like it had just been refurbished over the last couple of years. Kept a very high standard. Only a two star but should be higher exceptional value, great shower. Amazing stuff and a great location for the old town.

Can’t really say much didn’t really find anything to dislike.

Everything. I'm a wheelchair and the 1st thing that was so important they messaged me to find the measurements of my wheelchair when I made the booking. The staff went far and beyond to help me. I never stayed in a hotel where they were so helpful. This made my stay brilliant. I'll definitely be back. Breakfast was lovely and the hotel is spotless.
