Hotel very very clean not far from Beach and bus stop and shops and restaurants . Room and shower and bathroom clean and very good . Food amazing and very diverse and a lovely dessert. Food was very tasty . Girl and soups was very hot but no facility for keep warm other food so Very nice foods but very cold . But still food was amazing. Drink just morning you can have hot drinks and cold drinks and also breakfast was amazing . Gym and indoor swimming pool have to pay not including. I think wasn’t fair. Reception and staff all very nice and welcoming. One problem was doors in hotel rooms. Doors looks was very nice and scannable for lock and open the door but if any one close the doors in any floor or next rooms incredibly noisy you need jump from bed . I never seen This noisy door any hotel in all the world. In all hotel all very good 👍 I recommend and also nice balcony and free outdoor swimming pools . If you want to come from airport you need to come to reuse and take other bus cost together £5 for each person . You can go to Barcelona with direct bus £15 one way to harts Barcelona.

speedy check in, great meal times for both breakfast and evening meal the food was also great with plenty of choice. 3 lifts serviced all the floors in this hotel. english channels on the wall mounted t v in the room which had a balcony with fully lockable door handles! the beds were comfy, daily maid service, nothing in the hotel was to much trouble. the location suited my needs in the old town 5min walk to the beach. 20min walk to the tourest area local bus,s on hand aswell as taxi,s

all the local bars seemed to charge differant prices to the same customers in that bar, price lists none to be found.

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Cleaning ladies are great at freshening up the room and making sure everything is spotless. The breakfast was nice enough, there were different breakfast options available on different days. Lots of entertainment provided for the guests which is good especially if you have small kids. The pool area isn’t very large but the staff make sure to remove any towels on loungers that have been left there for a long time which is good as others are able to get a spot! Overall, great stay.

Probably one of the best 3 star hotel I’ve been, could be 4 star. Room was big enough and clean. Breakfast had a lot of different varieties to choose from. Free parking available at the streets just behind the hotel. Friendly staff. A lot of restaurants within walking distance.

The gym was 5,- and not really worth of it. No pool towels.

Rooms were spacious and fresh, kept clean, and beds made every day. breakfast was substantial, freshly made and huge variety of breads, fruit, cheeses hams salamis, all types of egg dishes available, variety of cereals and all the choices regarding bacon, sausages, mushrooms beans, fries, . too many choices to be able to try them all! but all delicious. lounge area and outside bar and pool area was well kept and a pleasure to use. lovely experience in general.

Pretty much everything.

The entertainment was either Karaoke or Bingo or a third rate magician. Would have been better with a professional act or two. The Spa need proper swimming pool flooring at the entrance so that I am less likely to slip on the way to the toilets damaging my shoulder, cutting my head and heavily bruising my thigh. Flip flops are not enough to prevent this type of accident. Also there should be someone permanently on duty at the desk.

I stayed there 6 days and i appreciate how personel is helpful even with some trip advices they were really kind and explain things. Rooms were cleaned everyday actually i cannot complain i can truly recommend. Breakfast was also quite good and various

I would only make lower prices for SPA because 15 euro for 1 hour is not good price compare what this SPA providing but anyway i was enjoying :)

This is a very cost effective stay if you are on your own or with your partner. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Thanks to Macarena and Gaya to make my stay absolutely comfortable. Montse in spa is very nice and helpful too. Enjoyed the meals too. Kitchen and waiters so nice and hospitable. The chefs are absolute stars. I've noticed gets more options on the weekend. The cleaning staff too very thorough. As well as the tech lads very good. For the manager keep the good work and please pass my appreciation for the staff

I think the AC systems need deep clean. I have noticed musty smell in the room.
