Spotlessly clean, fantastic location 👌 lovely pool and literally five minutes from the beach

I booked three apartments, there were twelve of us. I stayed with friends last year, l didn't realise some apartments had ensuites, unfortunately ours hadn't, we were sharing with my 85 year old mother, by the time we knew, the others had, we were all unpacked. Was very busy when we checked in so think this was an oversight. My mum only mentioned it ten times a day 🤣

Hotel was spotless clean Entertainment was brilliant for kids Pedro and Ciara where amazing with the children and had different activities throughout the day, Mini disco in the evening followed by games night bingo quizzes etc. Everything you needed in the room (except iron) didn't really bother us. Comfy beds 5 minute walk to the beach ⛱️ Food was really nice I like the option of having it in seating area or you could have brought it to the pool side . Staff very friendly 😁 You do have to pay a deposit of €80 which you receive when leaving, you do have to pay for the safe it is €10 deposit (which you get back) and €4 cost per night. Would highly recommend this hotel for familys

I would definitly come back!! The staff were really nice and welcoming, wich is a major positive point because the environment was awesome! The food was high quality. The hotel was very modern. Exceed our expectations. I think its a great hotel if you have small children, even if that was not our case, because there are a lot of animations for them and other guests are also families with small children.

The pool wasnt that big and was always crowded with kids, so we never really enjoyed it. We are aware that is not the hotel's fault but i do believe its a point to consider when chosing this hotel. There was some noise at night because of the kids, even though the hotel sets a rule of no noise after 12am.

Great location for the old town and within easy walking distance to the beach and the rest of the strip. Having stayed in many hotels in salou I honestly think the Cye Hotel offers more than most. Great for families with ample space and privacy. The kitchen area has a microwave toaster, two hob cooker, fridge with freezer. Food at the pool was very good and reasonably priced. Always good to see a lifeguard on duty. Required a late checkout and this was sorted at the front desk....

Nothing I didn't like. But if comparing to other hotels I have stayed in ,the food selection was a little bit limited.

Lovely apartment with air conditioning. Pool and pool bar were great. All the staff were really friendly and very helpful

Lack of sunbeds but same everywhere. Always an issue no matter where you stay. Maybe a system all complexes should adopt would be tickets for the adults for the sun loungers. This way adults get loungers and kids can share if need be as they spend most of the time in the pool or playing in the activities available.

Location suited us to the ground. Beach was 2 min walk away from the hotel. Main strip was 20 min walk along the beach, but that was going slow as I had a knee injury so it could probably done in 10/15 mins. There was always sunbeds available so could come and go as we pleased without having to leave towels around.

Just to begin with I was self catering so never got a chance to have any breakfast lunch or dinner in the hotel so can’t comment on the restaurant side of food. But on one evening we got food from the Bar from the snack menu and it didn’t taste great atall, but again it’s obviously quick easy made stuff so that wouldn’t stop me returning

The room was very nice and clean, aircon was really good, facilities were good. Staff were nice. I fell on our last night and hobbled back to the Hotel, the reception staff brought me ice. They were always helpful, I had actually broken my ankle but did not go to the Hospital until I got home by falling into one of the holes around the trees on the footpaths on the main strip (nothing to do with the Hotel) but just be cautious. We enjoyed our stay apart from that. Excellent location.

A lot of groups staying here despite it being advertised as a family hotel. Our first night there was a group of very loud very drunk young people who blocked us coming down the corridor, both my husband and I felt really intimidated as they poured drink and spat on the floor as we walked past. The shouting and screaming and arguing went on for approx 2 hours we then needed to pass again to get downstairs and again we received the same intimidating behaviour, I reported to reception as we left to go to dinner, by the time we came back they were gone but the meds of drink and spit and tissue was on the corridor for 2 days after which looked very bad.

The "animadores" were amazing. We loved all the activities the hotel had. We went to Salou for the beach originally, but we ended up spending more time at the pool area because it was so fun! Also, my daughter loved the Kids Club. The other staff were nice too. We loved the night environment, too, with a show and people there chatting and relaxing. The beach is really close, which is great as well. I love that it was very kid friendly place. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of options and a celiac menu. It was definitely better experience that we expected, we were pleasantly surprised.

I cannot think of anything I didn't like.

spotless clean. comfortable sun beds. lovely food. 10 mins from beach.taxi to bars in the evening.Going back again.

we were there for The Blackout.No generators so completely in the dark. the stairs were steep.on 4th floor.No lift because of blackout.it needs better lighting where the mirror is in the hall. a mirror in bedrooms would be good especially when it's a group of women.

Extremely clean and modern. Beautiful room and balcony overlooking the pool. Pool area was spotless and well maintained. Pedro the entertainer went above and beyond to keep everyone happy. Bar staff and receptionists were very efficient and friendly.

The kids didn’t like the fact that floaters weren’t allowed in the pool, but I understand it’s a safety issue.
