-Great location- close to the beach and to the shops, bus stop ect,at the same time quiet. - good size of the apartment, - good food, - regular cleaning, our bedding was changed half way through our 9 nights stay, - big balcony ,-handy kitchenette with utensils and a fridge and an intro pack with a washing liquid,a sponge ect -many 3 kids families as the accommodations have a 5th bed

The towels were quite tired - they should be totally replaced.Not much done in the pool area for the crazy early morning takers of the lounges so we hardly ever stayed at the pool but we've enjoyed the beach anyway. The extra bed is just next to the entrance door.

The hotel is very handy for the airport and all local amenities. It was a decent sized room for my family of 5 and the staff were all very good particularly Anna serving food and refreshments and Pedro as entertainment coordinator.

The room wasn't cleaned very well all week. Hairs in shower on arrival and the bathroom in particular never seemed 100 percent clean even after room had been serviced. The pool had a life guard but he was only interested in making sure the sun loungers were used if reserved. Some of the behaviour in the pool from guests was wild and never really checked by the lifeguard.

I booked three apartments, there were twelve of us. I stayed with friends last year, l didn't realise some apartments had ensuites, unfortunately ours hadn't, we were sharing with my 85 year old mother, by the time we knew, the others had, we were all unpacked. Was very busy when we checked in so think this was an oversight. My mum only mentioned it ten times a day 🤣

Nice clean room suitable for a 5-member family. The food (we had full board) was very good. All the hotel staff was amazing and always helpful. This hotel is great for families. The outdoor pools are a bit small for the size of the hotel, but still perfect for smaller kids to have fun.

The only downside of the hotel is that it is about 500m from the beach, but it is manageable and the nearby Salou beach (Platja de Llevant) is very nice.

Exceptionally clean, very friendly staff- cleaners and reception- very helpful. , rooms cleaned daily and towels changed every second day. Lifeguard on duty daily and removes towels from sunbeds if they are left for 30 minutes which is very fair. Brilliant entertainment. Only ate at pool bar and this was very good. Centrally located. Short walk to beach and central area. Will return.

No faults. Stayed a week and no complaints.

Hotel was spotless clean Entertainment was brilliant for kids Pedro and Ciara where amazing with the children and had different activities throughout the day, Mini disco in the evening followed by games night bingo quizzes etc. Everything you needed in the room (except iron) didn't really bother us. Comfy beds 5 minute walk to the beach ⛱️ Food was really nice I like the option of having it in seating area or you could have brought it to the pool side . Staff very friendly 😁 You do have to pay a deposit of €80 which you receive when leaving, you do have to pay for the safe it is €10 deposit (which you get back) and €4 cost per night. Would highly recommend this hotel for familys

I would definitly come back!! The staff were really nice and welcoming, wich is a major positive point because the environment was awesome! The food was high quality. The hotel was very modern. Exceed our expectations. I think its a great hotel if you have small children, even if that was not our case, because there are a lot of animations for them and other guests are also families with small children.

The pool wasnt that big and was always crowded with kids, so we never really enjoyed it. We are aware that is not the hotel's fault but i do believe its a point to consider when chosing this hotel. There was some noise at night because of the kids, even though the hotel sets a rule of no noise after 12am.

Lack of sunbeds but same everywhere. Always an issue no matter where you stay. Maybe a system all complexes should adopt would be tickets for the adults for the sun loungers. This way adults get loungers and kids can share if need be as they spend most of the time in the pool or playing in the activities available.

Great location for the old town and within easy walking distance to the beach and the rest of the strip. Having stayed in many hotels in salou I honestly think the Cye Hotel offers more than most. Great for families with ample space and privacy. The kitchen area has a microwave toaster, two hob cooker, fridge with freezer. Food at the pool was very good and reasonably priced. Always good to see a lifeguard on duty. Required a late checkout and this was sorted at the front desk....

Nothing I didn't like. But if comparing to other hotels I have stayed in ,the food selection was a little bit limited.

The room was very nice and clean, aircon was really good, facilities were good. Staff were nice. I fell on our last night and hobbled back to the Hotel, the reception staff brought me ice. They were always helpful, I had actually broken my ankle but did not go to the Hospital until I got home by falling into one of the holes around the trees on the footpaths on the main strip (nothing to do with the Hotel) but just be cautious. We enjoyed our stay apart from that. Excellent location.

A lot of groups staying here despite it being advertised as a family hotel. Our first night there was a group of very loud very drunk young people who blocked us coming down the corridor, both my husband and I felt really intimidated as they poured drink and spat on the floor as we walked past. The shouting and screaming and arguing went on for approx 2 hours we then needed to pass again to get downstairs and again we received the same intimidating behaviour, I reported to reception as we left to go to dinner, by the time we came back they were gone but the meds of drink and spit and tissue was on the corridor for 2 days after which looked very bad.
