We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff members were helpful throughout our stay. Our suite on the 6th floor was excellent, complete with a terrace. It consisted of two rooms: a small living room with a TV and a kitchenette, and a spacious bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, and another TV. It's worth noting that there are different types of rooms available. We had the opportunity to visit another room with two large double beds, a small balcony instead of a terrace, and a kitchenette but no separate living room. Speaking of the kitchenette, ours was well-equipped with a small fridge, an induction cooktop, a kettle, a toaster, cooking pots, plates, utensils, and more. We could cook for ourselves if we wanted to. There is a conveniently located supermarket near the hotel. The surrounding area is pleasant, close to the sea, with a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.

While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few areas that could be improved upon. The wardrobe in the bedroom had rails but lacked drawers and shelves. As a result, we had to keep many of our belongings in our suitcases. Additionally, there were no hooks near the entrance door for hanging outdoor clothes. An iron was not provided in the room but could be requested at the reception. While the hotel did not have a laundry room, there was a self-service laundry facility located 10 minutes away on the same street. Tea and coffee were included in the price only during the breakfast. During the dinner, we would have to pay for drinks (for some reason, only cold drinks were available in the restaurant during the dinner, but we could get hot drinks in the bar).

I loved everything about The Da Vinci especially the staff all whom were brilliant big mention to Rafe nd Rueben at pool side bar nd Juan nd to the men who cleaned the pool area rigorously morning nd evening nd lifeguards I've never seen a pool area so clean it was spotless this was our first time to choose this Hotel nd we will be coming back fabulous stay highly recommend it Well done to all staff friendly helpful accommodating people 👏

I think it would be beneficial to customers nd to your hotel if there was snacks toasties etc served at the bar for lunch only buffet lunch available which doesn't suit everyone

Very nice hotel This was a lovely hotel, very conveniently located. The apartment was very well appointed. Food was varied and plentiful. The clientele overall were more mature than usual. The more relaxed atmosphere suited us and was a factor when deciding where to stay

A very public confrontation with the maitre’d could have been avoided had we been made aware of the procedure for buying drinks. I was quite surprised in a hotel this size I only found one toilet throughout the entire public areas. We had to go back from the pool, wet, into reception. The main reason we won’t be returning (and this is only a personal view) was access to the pool is only via ladders. Given the clientele, it would benefit from some access steps.

Great location in the center and close to the beach and PortAventura. Animations every day, but sometimes it was type of music for older generation. Stuff was kind and friendly. They changed towels almost everyday event it was not neccessary. Room was spacefull and clean.

Music near pool was only local, we hoped for more up to date international music. We had studio and in the kitchen was only one pot and a few equipments. First day we were excited about meal, but after few days we hardly found something else. A lot of pork a and only occasionaly chicken. We were missing more classic meal for kids. eg. basic rice, mashed potatoes. But dinners were some days in week thematic eg. shrimps, falafels, spring rolls and also offered a lot of kind of fruit.

Maybe my room wasn't in the best position but I did have a view of the pool. But my room was great, a decent sized refrigerator, and a microwave and kettle. Being Coeliac these things made eating safely possible. Pool area is great...We went on bed and breakfast basis, there was plenty of choice.We will definitely be going back for another holiday.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. But this hotel does attract more French and Spanish holiday makers than English...but that wasn't an issue for me.

Overall the hotel was friendly comfortable and back- in- time nice. Very comfortable big beds, lots of older people making our stay quiet and safe. Best location

-Parking is back to the 60s. Dreadful outside parking. But I think it's all of the Salou like that to be honest. -Scary garage with your granny's rusty scrap door that has no sensors. Unsafe and you have to be a Schumacher to park any car at this hotel especially the garage. -Haven't changed our bedsheets for 7 nights ( we were booking extra nights at reception) -anything you have to figure out at reception takes at least half an hour with 5 people running around speaking to each other and clicking smth on "computers" :) I think they have no clue. Keep writing smth down in numerous books with their..... pens )))) again- back to the 60s) Otherwise very nice actually. All of this haven't spoiled our stay a tiny bit!

The hotel is nice - not new, but clean, cosy and convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is super - not far from the town center and in just 3-5 minutes away from the sea beach on foot. Therefore you should not be concerned about the small swimming pool you might find in the hotel photos (and it is really small), we used it just once. What is definitely worth mentioning is the hotel restaurant - it is awesome. I booked a hotel with breakfasts, lunches and dinners included and did not regret it. The food was just super - delicious, various and of course very Spanish.

This is not actually a problem. On the first day staying at the hotel we found some spiders or bugs on the curtains and window. We were very concerned about it, talked to the hotel staff and they explained to us why we should not and used some spray to get the bugs away. But the next day we saw them just flying into the room through the balcony door, realized that they were harmless and just ignored them later.

Big rooms, comfortable bed, the room was cleaned every day, the beds done and changed towels, good fresh food and large selection, close to the beach, bars and restaurants, friendly staff, the room had a kettle and coffee cups, big shampoo, shower gel and even body lotion which was nice to have

I just found dificult to get out of the shower/bathtub as the toilet is placed in the way, can be dangerous especially for older people

The bed was amazing, big and comfortable - such a big bedroom. The air con was good. Lovely bathroom - nice hot walk in shower. The balcony was huge on a corner room overlooking the pool, sunny all day too. Bar area very attractive Maid service brilliant! Food was plentiful and of good quality. We enjoyed the hot food service for stir fry etc Very efficient service in restaurant which was immaculately clean

Food in the restaurant not kept hot - nice food but left out not on hotplates. I hate food that isn't served hot. No dressing table - maybe because we had an apartment with fridge, microwave etc No English tv - Only news channels Entertainment was mediocre and started very late

Absolutely love this hotel, have stayed here numerous times. Location is brilliant just a street back from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Always get chair at the pool. Cleaning done every day and staff are friendly and helpful 5☆ for all the staff. Would definitely recommend 👌

Nothing
