Lovely pool area , wasn’t too hard to get a sunbed We really enjoyed the entertainment during the day at the pool , it was a fun but also relaxing atmosphere

The rooms could have been a little bit cleaner on arrival , lots of dust on the surface areas above the bed and lamps You are told the air conditioning won’t work if the balcony door is open however they never said if you close it while outside you can’t open it so we nearly got stuck outside on the balcony , so this might be good information to give at check in But otherwise it was amazing !!

Very rich entertainment activities, both during the day time and in the evening. Various and delicious food at the restaurant. Clean and modern rooms. Two pools, one in the yard and one on the rooftop. Good location - 10 minutes on foot from the beach, in the centre of the city. Hospitable and polite personal. Few cute cats at the territory coming early in the morning and in the evening :3

Most of the personal barely speak English. Strange cleaning timetable - sometimes it can be at 8 a.m., but sometimes your room can be ignored until 5 p.m.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were met with efficiency, friendliness and competence. Our first encounter was with Andres at reception. What a nice, friendly and helpful guy. We knew we had picked the right hotel for our visit to Salou. The hotel is well situated, approximately 5 minutes walk from the beach and the promenade. Our room, overlooking the pool, was bright, clean, spacious with a big bath/shower. Entertainment was laid on every night with some great bands/singers who got the guests boogeying and singing. The barstaff need mentioning at this point. Drinks were ordered and brought to the tables with great efficiency and professionalism by Joel, Jonathan, Daniel and David - masters of their trade. Breakfast was part of our package and it was great. A beautiful buffet served up every morning with a chef making omelettes and fried eggs on the spot. Whatever your favourite breakfast is, this breakfast buffet would suit your taste. All was kept in order by an efficient and smiling manager - Jordi. Great to meet a cheerful and genuine person first thing in the morning. All in all we had a very enjoyable visit to Salou with a great base in the H10 Vintage Salou.

There was nothing that we did not like at the H10 Vintage Salou.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, 10 minute walk to the beach and sea front etc. Hotel immaculately clean and well presented and the staff are amazing, friendly and very hard working. Ample sun loungers so no scramble to reserve them every morning (a huge plus for me!!) Good air conditioning too which was very welcome in the daily heat.

Food at the buffet was average, some days better than others but nothing special. Breakfast was very good though so better to go B&B rather than full board if you like good food.

Location was great, bar was lovely for drinks and food during the day and evening. The pool was lovely, entertainment was the best ive experienced in an adults only hotel. Staff were lovely.

Hot Breakfast was just ok. Eggs were overcooked but all cold food and fruit were very nice. Large selection. Very clean. Sheets and duvet cover were not comfortable. They weren’t connected or buttoned up which sometimes left bare duvet which I was uncomfortable with.

Exceptionally clean and to the standard of other H10 properties. Pool area is well maintained and the staff are fantastic.

The pool is not heated which is fine but just be mindful of this. Music at the pool area is too loud and super repetitive. Rooms are small but adequate and comfortable. Food quality wouldn’t be incredible for full-board options - selection is great but would prefer limited selection of higher-quality options rather than mostly bland huge spread. Hotel is beside a busy highway with lots of loud cars and bikes - beyond the hotel’s control though.

Service, place, had.a very nice chill time, pool area very good. Lobby was luxury, in evening was very cousy to sit with friends, a lot space for everyone. Definitely recommend to stay with couples and sauna and is amazing.

Need a DJ with disco, there was a live music, 3 black girls was amazing. But problem that everyone feels it's like concert, if you can mix dj and live music people will dance. But when it is just live music people sit and listen.

Lovely hotel, reception area and breakfast room is beautiful. Bed really comfortable, lots of pillows and mattress comfortable. Plenty of sun loungers, never had a problem getting one. Staff really friendly and helped book a taxi to airport on day of departure. Staff put a lot of effort into the activities at the hotel and are enthusiastic!

Room lacked mirror, could have done with one in the bedroom, was just one in the bathroom. Our air con worked well but did leak a little bit, we had to put a towel down on floor. Breakfast was good, the fruit juice was watered down and coffee could have been better. Would have preferred more fresh fruit at, there were fresh bananas, apples, peaches and watermelon. But one morning had tinned pineapple served at breakfast and then later that day I ordered a cocktail and there was a fresh bit of pineapple to decorate glass. We had a corner room, and our balcony did lack privacy at one side.

Very tasty breakfast and dinner. Always a large selection of fruits. Excellent friendly staff. There is a Russian-speaking employee Alex. Thanks to him for his help.

The key was blocked on the day of departure from early morning (before the official departure time). I had to run to the reception to unlock it. It would be nice if the key was locked, as is the case everywhere else, after 11-12 a.m. and not during breakfast.

The bedding was very comfortable, the pillows were amazing! We had half board and we were usually always happy with both breakfast and dinner. We never had a problem getting a sunbed by the pool. We liked the shows in the evening. And all the activites in the day time like bingo, painting, clay workshops etc. We were happy with mostly everything.

Only thing I can say is the floor and walls in our room could use a renovation (the bathroom was renovated though, with new floors). But honestly it didn’t really bother us. There is not a lot of young people at this hotel, but we didn’t mind it.
