Excellent location - in the middle of the old town, on the main plaza, a lot of diffrenet kind of bars and restaurats nearby. Easy to find. Smooth check-in and it started already at 13:00. Very clean. Wi-fi worked well, also air conditioning worked well. Room size was ok. Good value for money.

I had the room on the 4th floor - the room had a window, but the neighboring house was so close that the curtains had to be closed at all times to maintain privacy.

What a pleasant stay. Visited with my Mother. Perfect location. Staff were incredible. Every member of staff we encountered were so welcoming( Thanks Paula) Lovely small reception area and bar to relax and have a drink or some food. Large outdoor area in the square to enjoy the delicious food they offer. The hotel was so clean. Bedrooms while small were extremely comfortable. Beds...super comfortable and room cleaned everyday with fresh towels etc supplied...and the view of the square.. well incredible! Fantastic value for money. Will stay again for sure. Thanks so much

The location was excellent. In the centre of the old town. Reception was very bright and welcoming. Seating area outside as well as inside for meals and drinks. The air conditioning in the bedroom made for a pleasant nights sleep

We chose this hotel because it overlooked the old square. However our room was on the side of the building facing a wall. This made the room appear very dingy with very little natural light. We had to have lights switched on whilst in the room at any time. The bed was also on the small side. I would say it was a small double.

Central location, good starting point for the most places of interest, friendly staff, clean. Very affordable option of a small breakfast (as well as simple lunch and dinner options - no highlight, but the food is served all day long, which can be very useful). My room has no French balcony and was not overlooking Plaça de la Font, but a narrow way between the houses, which was actually pretty good after all - quiet in the evenings, when the window is open.

It was not a problem for me, but maybe good to know: the hotel only provides small packages of shower gel (at least for my room and to be precise, did not ask if anything else is available). There was no soap, but I did not have a problem using the provided shower gel (there was plenty) as the soap and used the bath products I brought with me.

Great location. Very clean, the room was cleaned and the towels were changed even if we stayed only for two nights. It was quiet (mostly) - we were on the 1st floor and you could hear the music from the reception, but, to be honest, I was too tired and fell asleep quickly, I wouldn't know if they turned it off at some point. Very good value for money. Friendly staff at the reception desk.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The beds were a bit firm. No natural light, the window overlooked another building and the curtain was pulled over it all the time.

The hotel is in a very central location. David at the front desk is a gem. He was very welcoming and answered all of our questions about the area that we had with a very kind demenor. The hotel itself is unassuming but very clean and comfortable. The shower was great with strong water pressure. It is in one of the town's main squares and there are restaurants, shops, bars, and the Roman ruins are witin a stones throw. Our room faced the square and there was some noise in the late evening, so if that isn't your thing then you should request a room that doesn't face the square. Although, it is fun to open the window and see all of the fun life happening outside. In the evening we happened upon the Castells rehearsal location, which is just down the same street, so that was an unexpected treat to see.

Location was amazing right in the heart of Tarragona. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had a power cut in our room on the second last night. A staff member came immediately and when it couldn't be fixed arranged to move us to another room on the same floor which was just as nice as the one we were originally in. Felt they dealt with the problem very efficiently.

Very helpful and friendly staff . Great location over looking the main square . Had a good lunch 3 courses and wine for 20€. Room and bathroom very clean . Paid extra to have a room with a view but still reasonable . Was perfect for myself as single traveler .

This is not a top hotel and does not pretend to be . So be prepared that it’s a bit rustic in the rooms. But it’s also part of its charm . Don’t expect coffee and kettle facilities but who cares when coffee bars all in the square and the coffee costs 1.5 €.

Staff were very helpful and the location was excellent, part of the large plaza that was full of activity in the evenings. Underground parking was right in front of the hotel and relatively easy to access. Although our hotel room was a bit small it easily met our needs and had nice nterior.

The bathroom shower could have used a bar of soap instead of the liquid packets for washing yourself. As someone from North America, I found the driving and signage (in another language) a bit challenging which was the case for finding the road to the hotel. But simple once you get used it it.

This hotel is in the old part of town, facing on to a wonderful square full of restaurant's. The hotel itself is full of character and charm. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. No it's not got a walk in shower, no it's not full of glass, it's full of character and is wonderful. The staff can't do enough for you. Parking is beneath the square itself and is very easy to access and cheap.

Nothing to dislike.
