The hotel was modern, clean, attractively decorated and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and efficient. It is rated as a 3 star but seemed to us to be 4 star quality. It has a a good size pool at the rear with good quality loungers and sun shades surrounding it. It also has an attractive restaraunt and the menu looked good although we didn't sample the food there because we wanted to have the atmosphere of the eating places in the old town. It does have a small cafe and bar however and this is also pleasant. For us the location was good because there is an attractive beach within a 5 minute walk and we could walk to the edge of the old town in 15 minutes. However for those with a slower walking speed it may take 20 to 25 mins. But there are regular buses to the city and back. When it cam to the last day the staff were extremely helpful. They stored our cases for hours after the already generously late check out time of 12 noon and they allowed us to keep the hotel pool towels and sit around the pool until we left by taxi at 7 pm with no extra charge.

Nothing to complain about especially for the price we paid

We loved the pool - a relaxing place to spend the start or end of our days. The hotel has some unexpected features such as an extensive collection of model cars, which we enjoyed looking at. All the staff were lovely to us and very helpful. We didn’t want to leave! The location was perfect for us. It’s in a calm neighbourhood with the beach a short walk away and also a bus stop within close reach so we could enjoy the historical city and restaurants in the old town. We also ate locally. Would recommend a pizza place a five minute walk away called Pizzeria Insitu. The air conditioning was good in the room so we slept well.

Some of the fixtures and fittings in the room are old and tired. However, we didn’t come to Tarragona to spend time in the room so it wasn’t a big problem. The WiFi signal wasn’t very strong which was a little annoying at times

The pool was very nice and location near the beach. The reception kept my key for the time I was in the beach. The staff was really nice, especially the blonde woman, she gave me recommendations and always smiled. The staff speaks good English too and are flexible. I also got recommendations from another staff member about an laundry machine in the old town. Amazing stay. The room was nice, air condition very good and powerful as well as the shower was amazing and the decoration and details of the room. I also took the additional breakfast once and can recommend it. Location a bit too far away from the train station. 30min walk and also the buses only go around 3/4 of the trip, so not fully to the train station so I decided it is better to walk than pay a half bus trip. Fridge would have been good addittion but this is just an extra thing, nothing to do with the whole experience and room :)

Great hotel, absolutely lovely staff, very helpful, great pool, great rooms and beds and shower. And a lovely balcony overlooking the pool as well. It's just a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Again, everything was great, the only slight downside was that the air conditioning didn't get quite cool enough in the brutal heat of the August summer. That's a tough ask at that time of year for sure, but it's the one tiny detail that would have put it over the top. One other small detail, is that there is no coffee available in the rooms. The place could really benefit from having a way to get a cup of coffee before the restaurants open without having to walk to the cafe next door. Otherwise a fantastic stay for a bargain price! Two Finnish women having beach & culture holiday in Tarragona. Location is nice If you prefer More quiet Area near beach, not in centrum. Easy to walk to The centrum and to see historical monuments. Super clean every where and Room Was done perfectly every Day, thank you For that! Modern lobby and restaurant, Rooms More basic but big and has everything you need. Easy to travel to Tarragona from Barcelona by Train and nice City to visit If you enjoy smaller cities too. Two big Markets and few restaurants near. We both can recommend hotel Nuria, specially For holiday like ours: beach, culture, picnics and walking around enjoying sun. Breakfast Was good too!

This hotel has been recently remodeled, and the entire facility is very nice. The swimming pool/sunning area is clean and private, the restaurant prepares very good food at a reasonable price, the bar is well-stocked with small plates available to eat while enjoying a drink. The entire staff, reception, cleaning, wait staff, and bar staff— well-trained, helpful (recommendations re: where to go and how to get there), and friendly. Very close to beach, and located in a good neighborhood— quiet, walkable, safe. Highly recommend this hotel. I plan to return — fly to Barcelona and go directly to Sants to board a train to Terragona. Loved the hotel and the town.

I liked everything about this hotel, and give it a 10/10.

Lovely young lady(with glasses) on Reception. She was very pleasant, helpful and an excellent ambassador for the Hotel. This is a nice Hotel which is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and roughly 10 minutes by bus from Tarragona( Bus 11 or 12). The Hotel has parking( also free parking on street), small outdoor swimming pool and an Aldi and Mercado within 200 metres. Almost across the road from the Hotel if you go up the flight of steps you will, find on the right two very good coffee shops. Overall this a good hotel in a good area.

Wifi is very spotty. It really needs a boost. WiFi very much influences where I stay.

Great setting. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Fabulous cabinet displays of racing cars in lounge. Room was spacious with a balcony. Safe and fridge provided. Lift access to room. Walkable distance from the amazing historic centre and restaurants. Off street parking available

Normal double or kingsize bed would have been preferable as the 2 singles kept separating and the trip was part of our honeymoon.

The hotel was clean and modern throughout. The area around the pool was also kept clean and tidy. There was usually plenty of room around the pool. Food was excellent. The location was excellent for us, about 200m from the beach and close to the bus stop into the city. Fare was great value and buses were regular.

The menu choices in the cafe/restaurant were a bit limited.

The staff were fantastic and so accommodating. The pool was a perfect sun trap and lots of attention was given to the pool - cleaning, temperature and level check frequently. The maids were also great and friendly and very attentive. A small beach was close by.

The rooms were a little tired looking and weren't modern but the balcony was big and the bathroom with added small bath was a bonus. The location wasn't as good as it was a bit of a walk / catch the bus to get the main square and sights like the Mediterranean Balcony and Amputheatre for example. It was also a shame that the little pool bar wasn't open.
