We got a nice room at the end of the corridor. So no other guests were walking by our room. It made our nights very quiet. The size of the room was ok. Good enough to sleep, change and take shower. Not big enough to comfortably stay longer with two kids. The pool is big and accommodated all the guests in August (high season). There is a small pool with jacuzzi kind of water fountains and warmer water. It was very nice. We paid for breakfast and dinner buffet at the hotel. It was ok. There was a choice. For example for breakfast you could choose between three types of sausages, three types of eggs, a big variety of supermarket packaged sweets, a selection of bread, cheese, some ham. A selection of different salsas, jams, two types of yogurts. Pancakes and waffles were there too but they were really bad. Like chewy. Especially waffles. Really a parody on waffles. There were fruits. Some were very good (melon and grapefruit). Some - not (mandarines). In general, the quality of food could be better especially for breakfast. For example, instead of two sweetened types of yogurt there could be a plain alternative offered. More whole grain bread. Not sweetened beans, etc... Dinners were interesting. There was a good selection of meat. And not so good selection of food. In general, almost all food we tried was good. Some was very tasty (like meat cooked with bamboo and mushrooms for an Asian evening). Surprisingly (or not) water was not included for those who had half board at the hotel. A 1l bottle costs 2.5 euros.

The buffet was definitely missing explanations of the food (what's there and what're the ingredients...). Some dishes had names in different languages, but so many were missing them! There is a room for improvement in the playground for kids. The poles of the swing are slightly moving when a kid uses it. Entertainment could be a bit more organised. Although, the guys who worked as animators were really nice and energetic :)

Great facilities, we liked the location probably wouldn’t suit people who wanted nightclubs etc, bus stop outside the door, beach across the road a few nice restaurants and beach bars

When we checked into our room there were hairs on the floor from the previous guests and stains on the tiles in the bathroom that is my only complaint

The location is exceptional, 100m from a beautiful beach and bus stop right outside to go to Cambrils /Salou/Tarragona/Reus The food was good, a very fresh salad bar and a great choice of dishes. Some dishes cooked fresh to order at all meals The choice of drinks available in the All-inclusive was much better than I expected Our room had a lovely pool view and, a huge balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The entertainment was fine, but the staff were brilliant at getting people involved. The bar staff were excellent --when they were allowed to be. The pool bar was great

Shouting at staff in public doesn't give a good impression Younger waiters get into trouble for actually interacting with guests. There is a lot of pressure on staff coming from somewhere above. The wardrobe is too small, not enough hangers. Housekeeping hit and miss, depending on who cleaned it (water not always replaced in the fridge) People putting towels on loungers at 9 a.m. and not using them for hours. Monitors should not allow this

The location is excellent—close to the beach and within a pleasant walking distance from Salou. The room size was good, but we were a bit puzzled as to why there were two double beds in it. Breakfast was quite decent, offering the basic essentials with fair quality.

The pool and the adjacent bar weren't quite our thing—both felt a bit crowded, and the facilities could use some refreshing.

Bedroom dated smaller than we expected. Same story where there are no sunbeds as the visitors throw towels to keep them.Some reception staff left you standing it upsetting 😡. No coffee or tea making facilities.

Room and food were good apart from the light hanging off the wall between the beds. The fridge was not very clean. 20Euro per day for car parking seemed a bit high.

The bar closed at 1600hrs. The barman did seem to understand that he was there to serve customers. More interested in having a chat than serving and taking little notice who he should next. Very annoying!!

It was close to the beach and had a great swimming pool. Breakfast was really good.

The snack bar at the pool was very busy with only one barman at times. The entertainment at night could have been better

Fantastic staff, polite helpful and just make the hotel. Kids club girls and boys are a credit to the hotel. Our kids couldn't wait to go and enjoyed every minute of it daily. Normally they wouldn't do try kids club

An a la carte restaurant would be a nice addition but a small thing

Cleanliness, location to beach, food, friendly staff. Free wifi, pool and outside entertainment.

Location of our room which was situated over waste bins area with little or no pleasant view. Only issue with all of our Hotel experience. Still recommend staying here.

Facilities, pool, cleanliness, space, location within walking distance of the beach, paid lounge chairs, games, entertainment.

Food, some staff members weren't super pleasant, seeing all those all-inclusive customers wasting so much food, parking size cannot accommodate all hotel customers.
