The staff was very helpfull, great facilities and amazing location.

Pool reservations are upseting... no people on the chairs for all day but the towels left all over. Food wasnt as a 4*

I am very impressed with my stay here. For several years, I haven't found a perfect location that meets all the family's desires. Everything is meticulously planned, and the hotel's entertainment programs have kept us hooked from morning till evening. We didn't want to leave; the programs and events were fantastic. The kids could enjoy themselves all day, and the parents could have their own special time. The staff is lovely and always wears a great smile in all the facilities, from reception to the restaurant, entertainment, the children's section, and even the cleaning crew. The food is also excellent, diverse, and different every time, suitable for all tastes. My children are already requesting to book our next vacation at this hotel. It has been a wonderful experience for every member of my family.

Nothing at all

Almost everything. The free water fountain is fantastic! The pools are great! And the children’s playground with the sand is very nice! The kids club is amazing and my children are so happy with everything! The evening partys where their best thing over the days we stayed.

The big beds!!!! They are horrible! It is like sleeping on springs! You get pains in your hips and shoulders if you lie on your side. The lighting in the bathroom is also very bad! I wanted a smaller room but they would not let me hve it because I had two children. But my sister got a smaller room and she also had 2 children? We paid ALOT more than she did for the stay. The poolwater is way to cold!! It does nor have to be so cold! Way colder than the ocean? The little kids just cried when they were playing in the kiddypool

The hotel was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Rooms had good facilities eg hairdryer, free safe. Free filtered water available which was a godsend.

Just a few things to note. The shower screen in the bathroom didn't seal properly, so we had to angle the shower so as not to wet the bathroom floor. We were self catering, but the room had no crockery or cutlery, however when we asked for this it was brought the same day. Not enough sunloungers and umbrellas to go round, had the usual hunt for both and had to remove towels where people had 'reserved' beds but weren't there for hours. The hotel was trying to tackle this with signs on loungers. Also, just be aware that as a family resort, the pool is full of kids! The clue is in the name but as a group of adults we didn't find the pool that relaxing!

unfortunately in the Hotel there is no bidet spray or hose spray 😔 for cleaning 😞 The double bed was small for two person.. the bed was comfy but the size was small for me and wife The air-conditioning flow direct to the bed 🥶

the Golden Avenida is great for family vacation. Rooms are a bit old, but very clean, and the balcony is really nice. We had full board, and the food was really good, for very meal. A lot of fish, great pizza and great sweets. The bar is good, they have slushy all the time, good coffee and nitro Guiness. Animation team was really good and there are activites every evening for small children. not so many for teenagers ;)

If you want to have a good place at the swimming pool, you should go there early in the morning and put towels on the place that you want. Bur that also mens that you can sit there early in the morning rount the pool in peace and quite ;)

Amazing hotel. Our favourite as a family so far. Loved the entertainment team. They brought so much life to the hotel. They were always so friendly and energetic and my son adored them all. The quality of the buffet was the best I have ever experienced. There was tonnes of choices everyday and food to suit everyone's needs. The rooms were very comfortable and the showers were amazing.

We were there in May so the pool was so cold. It would be amazing if even the small kids pool was heated a bit as my baby couldn't handle the temp of the pools at all and he would have loved them.

Lovely hotel, good location, lots for the kids to do, lovely pool area, friendly staff, good selection on the breakfast buffet. For the price you won’t find a much better hotel anywhere.

Genuinely not a lot to complain about. If I was really being fussy, the food was good but not great. A better restaurant on site would have made it perfect.

Excellent location, a short stroll to the main strip and beach. Staff so friendly, especially at the bar area during the day & also in the evening. Big shout out to them, super friendly, like old friends even when they were very very busy. Pools were great, they have a small toddler one upstairs which is quite shallow for them to enjoy and we found were usually quite quiet. Cold when you first get in but you need that when it's so warm, my toddler took a bit of convincing though! There is an indoor pool which you need to ask reception for access to, we had a look but didnt bother. Nobody else was using it so would be good for kiddoes who prefer a quieter space. Soft play area downstairs & 2 small playparks my almost 2 year old absolutely LOVED. The kids entertainment every evening was amazing, my son was never off the dance floor, they are so interactive and makes it fun for all the family. We chose the All Inclusive option, there was soooo much choice at every meal, my only small niggle with the meals were that the hot food wasn't very 'hot', more like warm. We had a suite where the double bed, kitchen and livingroom were open plan with a separate room for my son, I think every room has a balcony with a table, chairs and 3 lines to hang wet clothes, purs didn't get much sun but other people we spoke to had ones facing the sun. When we first arrived the floors had dark hairs, dust and little bits of fluff etc, promptly resolved when I advised reception. Rooms cleaned daily and with new towels. Overall a really great stay and I would HIGHLY recommend, very child orientated with lots of daily and evening activities.

Food could have been hotter. Didn't like the dirty floors with other people's hair on.

Brilliant hotel. Staff were absolutely brilliant, Reception, restaurant, bar, entertainment and maids all were brilliant. The pool is brilliant for the kids, two parks, football pitch! The kids club and entertainment team were absolutely brilliant and the evening shows had great variety and all but one were really enjoyable!
