Overall stay was really good. Staffs were really good.

Hotel was excellent will definitely be back reasonably priced and only 5/10minute walk down to the beach and lots of shops, restaurants & Bars, Rooms and hotel all very well kept very clean, pool also was perfect size for all age groups in our family ages from 2yr-64yr. Young guy working at the bar with long hair was a gem to deal with.

Reason for the 8* and not 10 is on arrival I paid for 3 rooms for my family members, the receptionist dealing with me on arrival charged my card incorrect for 1 of the rooms it was my brothers room- Undercharged by about €60, I was unaware of this as I was never notified or neither was my brother who was staying in that room for 6 days then on the last day they locked my brother and young nephew out of the room until it was paid as a threat knowing all their belongings were in the room! I didn't like how the receptionist dealt with this seen as it was an Error made by her in the first place!

We were staying at the hotel 4 days🙂 the shower was leaking over the sides of the shower stall and I spent 15 min to get the water back on our 1st day🤪 after I was asking 3 times to solve the problem but unfortunately without success. There was a request to change the batteries in the remote control because it did not work - again without success. And on the last day we received a replacement towel with spots. Transfer to PortAventura is possible just from 10-12am if you wanna go later than you have to use taxi/public transport. On your website is different information you Have to change it to avoid misleading people. For 4*hotel would be nice to get disposable slippers

Like always we review a hotel and there are people that criticise everything ! So I was nervous about our stay of only two nights. But the bad reviews are wrong. From the moment we arrived the staff were helpful the room spotless the entertainment for the kids Is sooo good ! The entertainers love their jobs ! The pool always has beds that are available. People do put towels but most people are courteous and when not using vacate for someone else. The food was great. Breakfast buffet was so varied and the food was good quality. I can’t complain about anything. ! Maybe the people next to us were really noisy. But that’s not the hotels fault ! Great stay and will definitely be back. My 10 year old grandson left a happy boy !!

Only one thing ! One lift working so we had to wait sometimes as it was full. We did walk up and down a few times ! 6 the floor ! But not the end of the world

We only stayed on a Breakfast only deal, It was excellent with a good choice of English & Continental foods and fresh fruit. A great thing they had in their favour was that they had SOYA milk and as my son is “ dairy intolerant “ we didn’t have to buy any or ask for any. Whilst the room was basic the walk in shower was excellent and very powerful, plenty of wardrobe space. It also had a personal safe and a very welcome mini fridge

It was only on the very last day that I noticed a rather large off putting stain on the edge of my mattress ( brown ) Had I noticed this on arrival I would have asked them to change the mattress Other than that would I stay here again ? “ Absolutely “ !

The hotel is lovely, very clean, the rooms are modern and beds comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious as are the balcony’s. The pool area is nice, lots of sunbeds are we were able to get beds at any time of the day. The best thing about the hotel was its close proximity to everything. It’s a 5 to 10 minute stroll into the centre of salou but the hotel is surrounded by shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants even a little night market where locals sell beautiful handcrafted items.

We liked the location and although it's only 3 star it is a really clean and comfortable hotel

We upgraded to a superior room from a standard pool view. The superior rooms are on the far side of the hotel that looks directly out onto a grotty apartment block so it's hardly an upgrade! Although it says the staff are English speaking only 1 or 2 can speak English and it depends if they are on or not. Thd food can be a bit hit and miss if your fussy be prepared to have chips for dinner. We had good night's and bad nights with food depending on the theme.

The room and facilities were very nice and we couldn't have asked for a nicer location to the town. The buffet was nice with the variety of food and the entertainment during the day was nice.

As English speaking tourists we felt there was some distance put between us and the staff where they didn't seem as happy with us as others who spoke Spanish. We weren't quite sure if this was a language issue but we felt a little bit on the outside and felt like we were an inconvenience.

The staff were all pleasant, the rooms and bathrooms were spotless and cleaned every day. The pool area was well maintained with a lifeguard on duty for most of the day. The location was ok, but a little out of the way from transport routes and quite far from the beach.

The restaurant was ok with lovely staff. However the food was not 100% and at times a lot of the hot dishes were cold and last but not least some of the local guests were extremely rude to visiting holiday makers from other countries.

The staff are an asset for this property. Breakfast is good something for everyone. The rooms are kept spotless clean as is the public areas. Entertainment is best i have seen in a hotel in Spain. Well done everyone.

Rooms have recently been refurbished but they needed extra plug points, inly 1 in the room for 2 mobile phones, straighteners and 2 watches
