Pool , junior suite was a very good size, clean hotel, some of the meals served were very good, luggage storage, staff friendly and helpful space around pool

We had two tvs in the room and only the one in the bedroom had english speaking chanels , which was a pain when our children werw asleep and we were in the living space. The breakfast Selection isn't great, very poor on fruit. No watermelon or berries and yoghurt wasn't fresh, only pots. The hotel is also up on a hill so it can be a bit of a walk. But we stayed before so knew what were getting into. But more postives than negative.

Breakfast was really bad, almost didn’t want to have it at all, which was a shame because the hotel itself is good. Fix your breakfast!

Gorgeous pool area, we were lucky to stay at the hotel while it was fairly empty so always space around the pool and staff were lovely ! Didn’t get a sea view but weren’t too bothered as still had a nice pool view and could see the mountains in the distance and the theme park and Ferrari land (which I highly recommend going!!)

Halfway through our stay it appeared some kind of school trip was on and it felt like hundreds of school kids arrived at the place running around at the pool shouting from balcony’s and running around during dinner and the entertainment which did annoy us but I get it can’t be helped ! WiFi also dropped out a few days in but we assumed it was from the vast amount of kids using it ! But it was free and did work occasionally:)

Location was great, nice view, close to entertainment and restaurants but just far enough away to be quiet. Pool decent sized. Nice view over the bay. Room clean, tidy and modern. Only had 3 nights so didn't use bars or entertainment as we went into town for evenings out. Would definitely stay there again if we return to salou.

Only booked b and b but breakfast was only OK and passable, for the extra price for breakfast there are a number of small places only a 5 minute walk away that are better and cheaper.

This was my second stay, I was there in early May also. This was a much busier time. Perfect location, really clean and great variety at breakfast. Excellent

Sunbeds had to be put out every morning and they were quite awkward and heavy when only 5ft 1 and no one to help. It was a rush at 9am when we could enter the pool area. Lifts are very slow

Amazing view of the most beautiful beach in Solou. Great location – just 5 minutes to the city centre and two beaches, with a bus stop right next to the hotel. Delicious, fresh, and varied breakfasts – everyone will find something they like. Nice swimming pool and daily entertainment for guests (live music, dancing, bingo, karaoke).

Enjoyed the swimming pool, the breakfast was OK plenty of choice, room was nice had a big balcony with a sea & pool view. Location was good close to the beach and near to restaurant, bar & shopping.

Always a long wait for the lift as we were on 8 floor aslo was very slow during busy times in the morning for breakfast, and in the evening the bar staff didn't understand when ordering as they don't have much English. Would have like to had more entertainment & activities during the day at the swimming pool area.

Lifts slow

The location. Close to beach, night life and shops. If you are looking for somewhere quiet to stay then not for you.

I found the bar staff and most of dining staff very rude. No patience and kept assuming we were English. When we said we were from Ireland most were ok

It was an amazing time and amazing resort, exceptional customer service, thank to Staff members as Laura, Myledi and Inga in a bar. Thank you very much for unforgettable holidays and beautiful memories. My son, Xavier, mentioned that he would like to work there in a few years time, when adult. Highly recommend and definitely will come back in a future!!!
