The staff were absolutely fantastic. The staff at the reception were so nice and so helpful, the cleaning ladies were absolutely brilliant as well they didn't leave a spec of dust behind them everything they cleaned our room. The hotel itself is very nice the pool layout was perfect, there was no annoying pool staff telling you that you couldn't drink alcohol at the pool or giving out for jumping in like in previous places I've stayed in. The air conditioning worked perfectly.

A lot of noise does come from the hallways in the morning that goes into the hotel room, and the one pillow between two people on a double bed was a bit strange.

We had a fantastic week of a holiday at the hotel, very happy! The room was extra spacious and incredibly comfortable, with a massive terrace with breathtaking views of the sea. The breakfast was a generous buffet with a wide variety of healthy and delicious options that made every morning a delicious experience. Although we didn’t try the lunch or dinner, judging by the quality of breakfast and overall service, I’m sure they were great too. The staff were friendly, helpful, creating a very welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is superb – just steps from a beautiful, clean beach that we enjoyed every day. We had an unforgettable holiday! Thank you – and we’ll definitely be back!

The rooms are very modern and spotlessly clean. Beds are comfy and the shower is good too. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Despite being really busy, the breakfast included in the price was very good value for money. The hotel is only a five minute walk from the beach and is even closer to some supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A little further down the hill there is a main area with even more bars and restaurants and a kids fun fair.

The pool / pool area is very very small for the size of the hotel and number of guests. One too many inflatable crocodile in there and it is carnage. Spent every day at the beach because of this

Great entertainment and really tailored towards children. I thought the team who ran the entertainment were brilliant! There was a variety of breakfast available at the buffet and I found the staff really friendly from the reception and the bar. The room was nice and clean and the location was great

We were put in a room with a door inside connecting to another room. We just found this quite noisy and we could hear clearly what the people in the room next door were saying. It didn’t feel very private

We had a really spacious sea view room, very clean, on the 7th floor, great view, extremely comfortable beds and a small minibar. Breakfast was of wide choice. Communication was great before arrival. It was really good price - value, I wish we could have stayed longer.

Check in was a nightmare. We arrived very late (23:45) and we managed to get the room we booked for the third time and it took like half an hour. The first room was not sea view (what we booked, the receptionist was stating that booking.com made a mistake, but he mixed up our booking with another person's booking), the second room was only for 2 persons (we booked for 3), then we got the correct keys for our seaview room, but the receptionist forgot to mention it is in another building, so we had another turn :(. It is in the busy part of Salou and also a bit noisy with the many guests, so if you look for something quiet, it might not be the place for you.

The staff were brilliant very helpful .husband disabled and ensured throughout stay that a table near to buffet without asking Easy to manouver around hotel due to ramps food for a 3star was good plenty of choice Cleaners were excellent fitted in cleaning in accordance with when my husband needed a rest

Hill is quite a trek particularly with breathing problems and it a shame pool area doesnt get sun till afternoon but these things cant be helped or changed and given all the positives service and value i would not hesitate to book there again

Everything was just perfect, from its proximity to 2 stunning beaches, to shops, bars and restaurants, without having to venture into Salou centre unless you wanted to. The cleanliness of the hotel, the beautiful food, the most wonderful kind, helpful and courteous staff. Entertainment every night, evening in the middle of October. And to top it off, the weather was beautiful. Would absolutely highly recommend Playa Park and would certainly return again without a doubt.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel managed to facilitate all my needs, although I booked my room the night before, when I arrived they managed to sort out a perfect room for a good price, all I can say is that the staff, the hotel, the food, the location, the cleanness, the communication is all top level. Congratulations to the management.

A tiny bit of noise from other people slamming the doors, (they have the self locking mechanism) but this is not the hotels issue that other visitors don't know how to use properly the facility.

We loved that we had everything there swimming pools,kids club,football area and mini golf and a fantastic massage chair 😂.there was entertainment for kids and adults every night which was very good

The only thing that I can fault was the lifts were so slow but it was not too bad overall we as a family had a fantastic holiday and experience in this hotel

Lovely hotel with brilliant facilities for kids. It was very clean and lots of choice at breakfast. Pool area lovely, room was spacious and terrace was nice with a clothes horse on the wall.

Our aircon stopped working on the last evening, it was very warm in the room. Maintenence was called but he couldn't fix the problem. Hotel offered us a fan which was good but still our child found it hard to sleep with the heat on the last night. Hotel is up a hill, we didn't mind but could be problematic for older generation.
