The bedroom we were offered was not as described on our booking, so the hotel arranged for a different room which was acceptable, large enough for two people and had good air conditioning which was greatly needed. The secret with air conditioning is to switch it on a few hours before use. The facilities were good in the room, including a fridge with drinks which were very appreciated when using the all inclusive service. The beds were comfortable including the child bed in the room. The breakfast had lots of options, including fizzy wine, and orange juice an indulgent extra! The waiting staff were very kind and helpful smiling and greeting customers, I feel that some customers did not initiate a smile or say hello to the staff and therefore this could be maybe a reason why people claim that the staff are unfriendly at this hotel. I did not personally have this experience. The restaurant manager Ray were extremely helpful. There was lots of dining space indoors and outdoors. As mentioned there are many food options but do not expect a full English breakfast, although there is a Spanish version of this in that the bacon and sausages taste different. There were omelette available freshly prepared, boiled eggs, chips something for everyone in my opinion, this could be smothered with tomato ketchup, or mayonaise. Overall all the meals offered gave good choice and there were different themed nights Tex Mex, Gala night where the staff wore different out fits to match the occasion. The Gala night in my opinion exceeded my expectations, if you enjoy Fish dishes there was so much salmon, grilled fish, fresh tiger prawns available you could fill your plate several times. The hotel had two pool areas and they were both reasonably busy but always a sunbed and umbrella could be found. The pools were very welcoming in the warm weather, good for cooling down. The bar staff were always friendly and receptive to a welcoming smile and banter.

There was some unacceptable noise by unruly thoughtless people on two nights but when this were reported to the staff at reception this ceased to happen.

We have stayed at Best Hotels before and this time our stay met our expectations again. Very nice hotel, nothing luxurious but really comfortable. Spacious room, huge and comfy beds, good-sized bathroom, nice terrace with chairs and a small table. Beach towels are provided (against deposit) which is a big plus in terms of luggage. Staff - really nice. And I don't mean that artificial politeness, everyone is genuinely friendly and smiling. Food - excellent choice and quality. We were a bit concerned by some of the reviews here but come on - going out every night as someone had written? bullocks. Every evening was thematic - Spanish, Asian, Mediterranean, Ethnic, Mexican. Meat, fish, fresh barbeque, again fish and meat, scampi, mussels, tuna, seabass... Location - we considered Cap Salou, Cambrils, Ponnent, Vilafortuny, Capellans. The area where Los Angelis is located turned out to be the best location indeed - right in the middle and close to everything. Very close to the Llevant beach which is the best one out of the 8 in the area. On our last day, we had a late evening flight, so we were given a shower room and thus were able to fully enjoy the whole day. Thank you for this.

Dinner time was a real stress. Obviously, the restaurant does not have the capacity and no matter when you go (19;30 - 21:45) you have to wait in line to be seated. And no, the traffic light system about busy and not-so-busy times that the lady at the reception was trying to convince us this was an exception does not work. This is not a canteen for lunch break where you would eat and go - normally, you take your time for dinner, order a drink or two, and the people in front have to wait for someone to finish their dinner. This was smth that felt like a very frustrating experience. We have been in hotels where this has been channeled via shifts that you pick at check-in.

The whole hotel is clean, spacious, well maintained & in easy reach of the main strip. Our room was a good size with 2 very large single beds or small doubles, even being on the xl size we only needed the one. The balcony although at the rear overlooked a vibrant busy street. All the usual suspects, room/cleaning service, free toiletries, fridge & air con, all good. 2 large pool areas, spacious bar, lounge & reception area with daily updates on "stuff" & trips available.

Other ignorant guests, particularly those who are disrespectful to hotel staff.

Excellent location, rooms were very comfortable, well air conditioned and were kept very clean. Also enjoyed having pool tables, a bar, air hockey and swimming pools as well. Also a perfect location.

One member of Staff at reception was quite rude but the others were nice.

All good, I had allot of late nights, so my room was not cleaned everyday but that was my fault. Food was good for a Spanish hotel and I had no complaints. I stayed last year and maybe next if the price is right. It is a great location for what I went for.

The air-conditioning didn’t work in our room on the top floor and it was too hot at night to sleep it was uncomfortable

Friendly and helpful staff. We had a room with a large balcony and sunbeds. The hotel is close to the pedestrian zone and the bus station. It was quiet during the night. We had full board. The food was good with an excellent coffee.

Poor wifi. There is no toilet brush in the bathroom. The toilet bowl was not the cleanest. Only one elevator in the second building. The plates in the restaurant during the meals were not very clean.

The rooms are very spacious and lovely clean hotel. Our balcony was on the bottom floor so could come straight out our room to the pool which is a decent size. Enough sunbeds with bar with a bar which had a range of food and drinks.

There was anything I dint like.

Responsive and kind staff, there is a bus stop next to the hotel, cozy rooms with a large terrace, large beds with comfortable pillows

Due to the fact that the hotel has a large flow of people, something often breaks in the room (our door to the restroom flew off its hinges). There were hairs of past guests on the floor in the bathroom and a dirty mirror on the wall. The hotel saves on air conditioners in the corridors

The location and everything about it the cleaner came in every day to clean the room
