The night we arrived we checked in immediately and paid for the week with a lovely girl, however having enter our room we were hit with the heat as the air conditioning wasn’t working. Having three asthma in room that wasn’t going to work, so went down to reception and reported what was wrong she insisted it was working but once she came up to inspect it she realised it wasn’t. We insisted another family room and thank god we did otherwise our holidays would have been a disaster so well done to all had a great holiday and would most definitely return.

Stayed here last year and it absolutely lived up to my memory - the room was huge and comfortable. The staff were fantastic. I left my phone on the transfer shuttle and the reception staff made sure to get it back for me when the vehicle returned - talk about above and beyond! The location is great - about 30min walk to Port Adventura, and convenient supermarkets and endless choice of restaurants. I'm looking forward to coming back again and again.

Not sure why there was no breakfast option, this year, but on the other hand, it just got me out exploring earlier, so I'm not complaining.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The rooms and public area were very clean. The restaurant attached to the hotel was fabulous, and all the staff there were fantastic and very friendly. The hotel is a few metres from the heart of Salou.

I didn't like that there was no fridge or kettle in the room. There didn't seem to be enough sun loungers for all hotel guests. I think that the pool area needs some maintenance like painting, and some of the tiles were cracked and in need of replacement .

The food was good, however the breakfast buffet had limited options. This resulted in us buying breakfast elsewhere for the majority of the holiday which was disappointing as we had already paid for it before our arrival. Apart from that we are glad we decided to stay in this hotel despite all the bad reviews. The hotel had all we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay, the room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced with fresh ones. The hotel is within walking distance of the main strip, bars, restaurants and the beach.

We had one rude encounter with a member of staff in the restaurant downstairs.

Room was big enough for 4, quiet on the top floor. However very basic. Simply beds and a kitchen. Restaurant on site was good. Locality was right in the middle of a lot of shops and bas/restuarants

A tiny kitchen area or even just a kettle would help. Wouldnt use the pool area, just an uninviting space

I was there with my daughter after leaving a different terrible hotel in Costa Brava. Here we felt so welcome and safe. Staff were so very friendly. I want to say there was a lovely young lady at reception who had studied in america and had perfect english. She was so very helpful and gave us so much good advice for our stay. Also Florian was so unbelievably nice and chatty and went out of his way to make us comfortable. He was so very very nice.

We loved everything

Great location-5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the promenade, quiet street with many supermarkets on, friendly staff,every day changing towels and cleaning room.

Guests smoke drugs near your balcony, throw rubbish on your balcony, and lot of cigarette’s butts on the hallway’s windows. Be notified, a transfer will go just one way, to the hotel, way back you should order taxi by yourself .

Absolutely nice place, close to capelans beach, room was very clean, nice food with a big menu. Staff was very friendly and ready to help with any questions. Is the third time I stay at this hotel🥰 I can't recommend it enough to people who want to visit wanderful Salou city!

I don't have any complaints for Hotel, all was perfectly for me and no just for me.

Great location! Good value for money! Rooms were super comfortable and spotless! Beds were brilliant and comfortable! Loved the fresh towels everyday! Staff are super friendly and helpful! Check in was so quick and they allowed us to check in early as our room was available! I requested to have a fan in the room and this was given promptly! Air con was also fantastic! We all loved our Stay! We would have no hesitation to stay again! See you soon!

We would have preferred a room on pool facing as the sun hits here most mornings! Our room was located just above the restaurant looking out on a busy street! However we heard no noise during our stay at night!

Smaller number of rooms in the hotel compared to basically all the surrounding hotels which was great, it felt much more intimate, and meant that there was plenty of space available at the pool pretty much anytime we wanted to visit. The room itself was bigger than I expected and very clean with cleaning everyday if you wanted. The location is also great, almost at the end of the strip so you’re super close to walk, but also far enough away that the noise isn’t overly loud. Also really close to two beaches, with another one also a longer walk away.
