lWhat I liked most was the hotel staff. Everyone - from the reception and restaurant staff to the maids - was friendly and welcoming. It felt like they were very happy to have guests here, and that was worth a lot. I also liked the choice and quality of the food. It was simple and tasty, and I didn't get tired of it after 5 days. There were plenty of hangers in the closet. The soundproofing was pretty good, you couldn't hear every sigh of your neighbors.

This hotel, in my opinion, does not correspond to the declared stars. The room is quite small and not very comfortable. The lighting is poor, it was dark to read. There was no hair conditioner or body lotion. The pool is small, until midday in the shade.

We had the worst room in the hotel, 1st floor, above bar-pool area sliding doors. The motors noise of sliding doors was incessant. The entrainment area was just below our room,with a very noisy VJ. The "fun" stopped around midnight, at least that was ok. The "dear guest" reply from hotel management is of little consequence, we shall not return. They can offer a discount for that room.

It is so clean and modern. Lovely staff. Nice and laid back- chilled entertainment which suited us. Lovely breakfast and pool bar food. Up a slight hill but close to the beach and main strip and yet a bit quieter. Would definitely stay again!

The evening meals were tasty but not loads of choice. There were a few people hogging sunbeds then leaving for the day (not really a hotel problem). Only slight criticisms really as everything else was great!

The property is very modern and nice. The room was absolutely immaculate, including the balcony. We stayed for a week and the room was cleaned for us every day. In a nice quiet area but only a 5 minute walk to the main area of shops and restaurants. The beach is also a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The staff here are very friendly and helpful too. The hotel is on a very steep hill but other than that we had a very very pleasant stay here and I would highly recommend. Will definitely be going back to stay again.

Location was fine, apart from being little steep in hot sun. Facilities were great. Janitorial services first class. Food had huge array of choice and I felt it catered for anyone with an allergy and also catered for young children who I know from experience can be picky. The catering staff were available to cook any requirements and I especially noticed how they whipped things up for smallest-and with smile. Tables were cleared quickly and food was regularly re-stocked for guests.

No complaints. Really relaxed which was why I went in 1st place...peaceful.

Beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable, the pool has a speaker which plays music all day but doesn’t get turned off until late so if your in bed trying to sleep before 12am it’s a bit annoying 🤣 our room might have been just very close to it tho so it might not be the case for all of the rooms.

Ant's in our room, which got sorted very fast, the hill back to the hotel which can't be helped, could do with a little shop or coffee shop, especially when restaurant is closed, also could do with a single sofa in the room to read a book or something as I wake very early,

Room very comfortable and really clean. Staff, who were very friendly, cleaned the rooms every day and changed towels every day also. Food was nice, good variety, could not fault it. This is a good value for money hotel. All the people working at the hotel were friendly and courteous, especially the girl who cleaned our room, the dining room and bar staff. We were really close to the beautiful beach which was not too crowded when we were there in mid October.

A kettle provided in the bedroom would have been great to have the odd cup of tea while indoors.

Great location, lovely spacious room, very clean, great view from the balcony, both indoor and outdoor pools were exceptional, friendly staff and plenty of options for breakfast

The only thing that could potentially be improved is the mattresses but that’s being very picky
