The property is very modern and nice. The room was absolutely immaculate, including the balcony. We stayed for a week and the room was cleaned for us every day. In a nice quiet area but only a 5 minute walk to the main area of shops and restaurants. The beach is also a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The staff here are very friendly and helpful too. The hotel is on a very steep hill but other than that we had a very very pleasant stay here and I would highly recommend. Will definitely be going back to stay again.

Location was fine, apart from being little steep in hot sun. Facilities were great. Janitorial services first class. Food had huge array of choice and I felt it catered for anyone with an allergy and also catered for young children who I know from experience can be picky. The catering staff were available to cook any requirements and I especially noticed how they whipped things up for smallest-and with smile. Tables were cleared quickly and food was regularly re-stocked for guests.

No complaints. Really relaxed which was why I went in 1st place...peaceful.

Beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable, the pool has a speaker which plays music all day but doesn’t get turned off until late so if your in bed trying to sleep before 12am it’s a bit annoying 🤣 our room might have been just very close to it tho so it might not be the case for all of the rooms.

Ant's in our room, which got sorted very fast, the hill back to the hotel which can't be helped, could do with a little shop or coffee shop, especially when restaurant is closed, also could do with a single sofa in the room to read a book or something as I wake very early,

Room very comfortable and really clean. Staff, who were very friendly, cleaned the rooms every day and changed towels every day also. Food was nice, good variety, could not fault it. This is a good value for money hotel. All the people working at the hotel were friendly and courteous, especially the girl who cleaned our room, the dining room and bar staff. We were really close to the beautiful beach which was not too crowded when we were there in mid October.

A kettle provided in the bedroom would have been great to have the odd cup of tea while indoors.

The only thing that could potentially be improved is the mattresses but that’s being very picky

The hotel is well located, at a 5min walk from the Llevant beach, and very close to the bus stops where buses from Barcelona arrive, as well as many restaurants, bars, stores and supermarkets. Reception was kind and check-in/out was straightforward. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a spacious balcony that had a lovely view to the beach. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious, with good variety of dishes, and the other amenities (pool, gym, sauna) are worth a visit. Overall, it is a complete option for those who just want to relax and enjoy the holidays on a budget.

Mostly minor improvements: breakfast hours could be extended (or anticipated to 7am), on Sunday at 9am we went there to eat and had to wait in line a couple minutes because it was crowded. Also, the A/C in our room had this strange behavior of switching on and off every ~15mins, regardless of the temperature we set (although eventually it would reach the desired temperature).

Breakfast was well laid out, and there were plenty of options. I really liked the egg and pancake station where you could order fresh and to your taste. The staff were friendly, and the room was cleaned and tidied daily with fresh towels.

The outdoor pool was freezing 🥶. The indoor pool was very deep for children

Hotel was spotless, staff were so welcoming and kind, entertainment was very good, food was good and varied, great location, can't praise it enough.

A little noisy a couple of nights but that was just people enjoying themselves from other hotels.

We had a family room with a double bed and 2 single beds and it was very spacious. Had 2 balconies, a fridge, plenty of wardrobe space and a great shower. Lovely view of the sea too. Location was perfect, close to all amenities 👍🏻 we went half board and had the option to choose lunch or dinner for the second meal after breakfast. Buffet was excellent, something for the whole family 👍🏻

Air conditioning didn’t keep the room cool enough at night. It was set at 17 and couldn’t be lowered!
