Loved the hotel the food was lovely, pools were nice but would prefer no grass a dirt around small kids pool as it made pool dirty when kids walk in dirt

was disappointed to be told when there we hadn't free tickets to parks as advertised on your website ,I did book try booking.com but presumed we would get them , got half price whitch was ok in end, wasn't happy with man at desk attitude about it

In the process of being renovated and the room was lovely and fresh and clean but the renovations are only half complete! The pool is lovely and it’s a great location for Portaventura Park with a free shuttle service!

It’s NON smoking / vaping in ALL areas of the Hotel and the outside grounds! After a while it is quite annoying that you have to keep going out to the front of the Hotel to vape especially if you’re sunbathing or having a drink at the outside bar and most times we were outside we were offered drugs and we’re in our 50’s!

The room size was great, with a bed that could be split so me and my 14yr old son could sleep separately. There was also a good sofa bed. The shower was great and the balcony large. The breakfast offering was amazing, hot options, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, rolls, cheese, ham, bread for toast, churros and pancakes with toppings! The adults only top floor solarium with hot tubs and a bar was BLISS.

I had booked a double room with a pool view and the room we had was at the back of the hotel overlooking the petrol station, although we could also see Ferrari Land. The main 2 pools were quite small, considering the size of the hotel and the rooftop adults only pool was FREEZING!!!! The lifts broke down regularly. There was a CONSTANT queue at the poolside bar and on our night of arrival, which was the only evening we stayed at the hotel, the queue to the main bar was very long at most times.

Great location. Close to town and beach. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. The beds were super comfortable. Can't remember the last time I slept so well. I'm in a wheelchair and my room was spacious with great access. The bathroom was perfect with grab rails and excellent access to a no slip floored shower. Lots of room to manoeuvre wheelchair in the bathroom. The fridge in the room was a great unexpected extra. The restaurant was clean. Staff accommodating for wheelchair placing us on a table with easy access to food stations. Food was lovely, with wide variety for all. The rooftop spa/pool and relaxing area for adults only was fantastic. As there were mainly families at the hotel, it was a great escape for peace and relaxation too. The courtesy coach was great for parks, and wheelchair could be stowed safely in hold. Highly recommend 👌

Just one small issue. The disabled toilet had to be accessed by a joint men/ladies door. It was situated between the two toilets. However, if someone was in the toilet, there was nowhere to go as a very small space. I ended up backing into mens to let ladies in and then wheeling into the women's to let the men in..although got quite entertaining at one point 🤭

Loved the hotel. Very busy reception but staff looked after everyone ,especially Assia. She was so efficient and made us feel so welcome with a smile The manager Pau was lovely and took the time to ask us if all was OK and remembered our past conversations and took the time to have a chat with me and my husband and family. All staff from bar staff, cleaning staff and the restaurant were brilliant.. I would recommend this hotel. Location to theme park was amazing..

The layout of the room. Couldn't decide if it was a hotel type room or a self catering room but with no kettle cups or any equipment. A bit confusing.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly through checking in/out, serving dinner, entertainment, etc. Amazing view of Salou from the balcony Rooms had good ambience and lighting Cleaners visited regularly and kept cleanliness to a high standard

Half board - lots of options for breakfast/dinner, food was labelled poorly, eg. What looked like Breaded chicken was labelled “chicken”, when cutting into it had cheese in it. Shower - shower drain was blocked, requested for it to be fixed and was told it would, however it was not fixed during my stay leading to 2 minute showers before it would flood the room.

Loved everything. The cleanliness of the rooms every day and fresh towels was fantastic. Beautiful pool area and the surroundings. We had bed and breakfast and the food was amazing and such an array. Excellent and the Maitre D was a gentleman every morning.

THE PIPED MUSIC! You will have to change that music when there is no entertainment on. It was very depressing especially when you are sitting on your own at the tables or around the bar. Everyone loves Spanish music and songs when we go to Spain so I will just say the music has to go. We spend a lot of money to go to Spain to have fun and music can help with that. But that would be the one and only complaint I would have.

Breakfast was only ok,the dinner was very good and great value for money

Everything was very good,the 1 thing that was abit different to ireland was the bar staff were very slow

Nice location. 15 min walking till beach and PortAventura park. Good condition of hotel rooms and premises.

Extremely haotical booking of sunbeds. 9AM hotel opens the doors to swimming pool and some c...y people are RUNNING to book a sunbeds. So it takes 15 seconds and all sunbeds are booked. Also Very narrow main corridor near elevators, very uncomfortable. Poor WiFi.

Very nice hotel. Other guests were lovely and it was clear everyone was very relaxed. Bedrooms are small but comfortable. Services and cleaning daily. Food was good. A great selection.

My aunt was sick and the life guard was very aggressive towards our family. We were pour a cup of water on her knee so she could feel the water. The lifeguard totally overreacted and became very aggressive. He was shouting in Spanish. It was absolutely over the top. So disappointing to think someone would react like this over something so simple .
