Very difficult to arrive at the hotel, through the narrow and one-way streets, but eventually we arrived at the drop-off point immediately outside. There was no parking available at the hotel, but there is a public car park about a 5 minute walk away, where daily parking cost €18.60. We booked the parking via the hotel for the duration of our stay and although there was no difference in price from the published tariff, it did enable us to exit and re-enter the car park whenever we wanted to. The ambience of the hotel on arrival was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our well-appointed room was on the 4th floor with an outside terrace. The hotel is very well located in the old town, overlooking the Óvalo and only a 5 minute walk to the train station. Our only complaint was the restaurant, where we dined for 1 night. The staff were lovely, but the food was awful. The Gyozas were OK, but I had meatballs in a coconut sauce, which was utterly tasteless.

Very nice room. Hotel very close to bars and restaurants. We had dinner in the hotel and it was very good.

The hotel had limited parking so we had to go to a car park a little distance away and it cost around €18 for the night. I consider that price excessive as I understand it would have cost the same approx if we had got parking in the hotel.i think as a resident parking should be a part of the overall package. We had paid for breakfast but had to leave early. We were given a ham and cheese sandwich , a slice of cake and an orange and an apple (each) to take with us. I reckon about €3 worth each it cost !!!!

Excellent location. Good size of the room. Clean. Good mattresses and pillows. We booked a room with terrace, it was great. Staff was friendly

Terrible smell of sewage. Parking organization. There is no possibility to book parking in advance. it would be better if the hotel informed that there is a huge public parking 150 meters from the hotel for the same price as in the hotel. And travelers would not have to drive along narrow city streets to the hotel, leave the car in the wrong place and stand in line at the reception to find out that public parking is the best choice because the hotel parking is completely occupied.

Clean, well appointed hotel. Good bathroom and comfortable bed. Great location, walking distance from the station and very close to the main town square. Friendly and helpful staff. We were able to arrange a 2 hour checkout extension for EUR 20. Wonderful view from the small balcony, even though a first floor room. If you arrive by train walk through the park opposite the station to the lifts, avoiding the need to climb the decorative steps if you have heavy luggage.

Really not very much. Room was smaller than at previous 4* hotels we had stayed at. We were disappointed by the quality of the orange juice at breakfast, though the buffet choice was fine, so chose to eat breakfast at a bakery in the town square the following day with freshly squeezed juice.

I enjoyed my stay at the Reina Cristina. My overall impression of the hotel is that it is a well run establishment, and that the staff are experienced and committed to giving you the best experience possible. The reception staff were extremely helpful and informative about my stay. And they were friendly with it. They appreciated that I had learned to speak some Spanish. Between their English and my Spanish, we could make ourselves understood. My room was comfortable and cool (it was hot in Teruel) and I had a nice view from a small balcony. Breakfast was served in the basement restaurant and was very good. Mainly Spanish fare, with plenty of choice. The location of the hotel was excellent. From the main entrance I could have thrown a tennis ball into the cultural centre of the town (probably), and the main square was a very short walk. I also had secure parking for my motorcycle, for a very reasonable overnight cost - 5 euros 50 cents. Teruel itself is definitely worth a visit. An interesting place with some spectacular Moorish architecture in a picturesque setting. So, all good.

There were no major problems with my stay, but finding the hotel was a bit difficult. I think this was more to do with my satnav throwing a wobbler than anything else. Lost in Teruel, with its narrow and sometimes steep streets is no fun on a large, heavy motorbike. The entrance to the basement parking needs a little attention. The pavement and the entrance to the car park were a bit worn and uneven, and made getting in and out a bit tricky, along with the fact that the entrance is on a hill. Bikers need to be aware of this.

I was on crutches, so the location was excellent. Really pleasant hotel. Comfy rooms and a nice bathroom.

The restaurant that is attached to the hotel was an unusual experience. The restaurant itself was very pleasant. The staff were great whom we interacted with. The starter was lovely. The main was very salty on 3 out 4 meals and all the plates the dishes were delivered on were cold, allowing the food to get colder quicker.

Primo location just off the stairs that are across from the train station that lead up to the old town. There is an elevator to the left of the stairs which alleviates the need to carry luggage up. Pointless to take a taxi. We got a suite and savored the extra living room. It had small balconies off each room including the bathroom. Breakfast was very good.

Someone out to replace the rotating toaster. It squeaks like an old train in the dining room. This is minor.

Room with a terrace and fantastic view was excellent. Big rooms and very comfortable.

Breakfast was not very good - number of items not available even though it was only 9am. Also the shower in the bathroom is very dark as no lights over that part of the bathroom. Pet friendly to a degree but nowhere available for breakfast with the dog so had to take breakfast separately.

Location can’t be bettered. Only a short walk to to main square and to restaurants. We were also upgraded to a suite which was lovely, huge and modern. Staff were very good and approachable. Room quiet. Parking available.

Not a recurrent issue, but there was no hot water in the morning. Top marks all round if this had not happened, just one of those things I guess.
