It is a beautiful place! We loved every aspect of our stay there, the rooms are amazing, the hotel common areas are nice and neat, specially the garden that is beautiful! The pool area is super nice too, sometimes crowded but not too crowded like not to find a spot where to rest when out of the water. The personnel is very kind, helpful and attentive. We spent more time at the hotel during the shift of a young man called Marcos at the reception front desk and he is simply amazing, my daughter loves him. The hotel is very lively with travelers coming in and out. The hotel location is also amazing, they just serve breakfast (at a fair price) but there’s a Mercadona and a Lidel supermarket just 150 meters from the hotel (2 minutes walk) and there are also nice places where to eat go, there’s is also a commercial center only 11 minutes walking where you can go with the kids, shop eat and let them just pay there. Also Torrelodones downtown is close and it is beautiful. In the town there’s not cinema, but Las Rozas does at a the amazing commercial center Heron City. Me and my 7 years old daughter loved our stay there so much that we extended an extra day and it was worth it. I came here to combine remote work and time with my little one while escaping Madrid’s high temperature for a couple days and Pax Hotel Torrelodones was the perfect place to do this. I highly recommend it!

The place is beautiful and the location is perfect, bus stop local and to Madrid just around the corner, food and groceries just two blocks away, a shopping mall 9 minutes away walking, and the staff are awesome. Torrelodones is hidden treasure or at least it was for me and Hotel Pax is the place to stay.

The staff is wonderful, and the rooms clean. then area outside is very relaxing with plenty of places to walk or sit. The rooms are a decent size, and the balcony allows for more space. The hotel is located close enough to town too walk, but parking is also very convenient. The hotel is close to the highway, but quiet.

The air-conditioning broke down the last day we were there, and it got very hot and uncomfortable. In the future the hotel should provide fans for the rooms in case of air-conditioning failures or at least discount the price if we cannot have air-conditioning and are unable to sleep well in the heat. We chose all our hotels so we would have air-conditioning for comfort. The last night was very uncomfortable in the hot room with no air circulation.

The room was wonderful; we had the premier suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor terrace space was also very enjoyable.

The lack of a door handle card that would indicate Do Not Disturb or Please Clean the Room. Not having a coffee/tea pot in the room.

Everything was convenient and staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and the bathroom was spotless. Bed was comfortable.

Air con was poor, but very minor criticism. Could do with better pillows on the bed, very thin almost pointless as didn’t provide any support whatsoever.

Great receptionists. Very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located with a 10 minute walk into the local town, Torrelodones or a 20 minute bus ride into the centre of Madrid.

Nothing really. Everything as expected, except for customer service which was exceptional.

We always enjoyed The self-service breakfast room as we could take our time.Parking was spacious and very very convenient.Staff were so polite,friendly and helpful...really nice. Location=amazing!... very conveniente for public transport to Madrid and The local pueblo.

It was in a great location for friends wedding. Bed was comfortable Good shops and restaurants near by

No lift in our block which made it hard with our one year old and no help with luggage when we arrived and checked out. There was a funny drain smell coming from sink Double bed was two singles pushed together Pool wasn’t open which was a shame as the weather was still good end of September

The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The hotel itself is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of any main roads, so the property is quiet and surrounded by green. The pool is small, but calm. There are 8 reclining pool chairs and some grass where you can lay your towel out as well.

I was upgraded to a better room, in the annex outside the hotel, with easy access to the parking. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The coffee in reception area was not free of charge. This should be complementary for guests, like in some hotels of the same category.
