Room had a nice open space next to the beds so that I could do some exercise. It was next to a large CarreFour Supermarket which is open till quite late which was convenient to get food. The room was very clean, the internet worked very well and there was a reasonably sized desk for work.

2 things. The room key card frequently did not work so I had to go back to the reception to reset it. Upon entering the room, it smelled a bit like old smoke although I'm not 100% sure what the smell was.

A quiet, serviceable hotel if you have business around Las Rozas. Nice comfy beds, excellent breakfast buffet, and the lobby area has been remodeled, to great effect. Has free parking on premise. Also, right next to Pinar de las Rozas train station and a HUGE Carrefour. I always stay here when I need to go to Madrid. Out of the way and quiet but well enough connected.

The new kitchen had some ventilation problems, and the smell of it reached the rooms. I suggest this to be fixed.

I loved the mattress! Super comfortable bed and an amazing nights sleep! Clean and simple! Easy access to public transport and supermarket nearby.

My room was next to a storage closet and the staff were quite noisy! Lots of bangs and crashing noises from the wall behind my bed where the storage was… Heating in my room was not working, and there were not extra blankets in the cupboard. Was a bit chilly!

It was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fair and there was a complimentary coffee, tea and fruit for 24 hours as well as coffee, tea, water and snacks in the room every day. Hotel also had underground free parking.

Rooms were clean, & the beds were comfy. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Although there is a drinks machine in reception, it has tiny paper cups, & trying to get your hot drink back up 2 floors without spilling it wasn't easy! Really need tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Reception staff were excellent. Room very clean and spacious. Good stop over.

No restaurant open in the evening, but I believe it was opening the day we left. We tried Heron City for restaurants but because we had a dog, even in the outdoor area we were told by security staff we couldnt be there with a dog. So the hotel restaurant not being open was a problem for us. This wouldnt stop me staying again though, as everything else was excellent, you just need to plan where you eat if you have a dog.

The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained by very friendly staff. The room is simple but perfect for someone travelling for work or for a short trip to Las Rozas. The bathroom in particular was very nice with a great shower. The breakfast was also tasty and, being available from 6am, was ideal if you are waking up early to commute. In terms of value for money this is a very good option. Very easy to travel to Madrid by train from this hotel, as the nearest train station is a 5 minute walk.

The location, while near to a shopping centre and train station, is a little remote (on the side of a motorway) however if you have a car or are comfortable with public transport this will not be an issue. The room has no fridge or safe. The WiFi could be a little tricky and often required some connecting/disconnecting in order for it to work.

Free coffee service on next to reception was very good. (chocolate latte was best) The big supermarket was closed to the hotel by 5 min on foot so you could use microwave ove equipted on 0 floor to cook some food bought from the supermarket.

Excellent hotel. I stayed overnight before travelling on to Galicia and it was just off the A6 slipway so perfect location. Good selection of food for breakfast. 24 hour coffe/tea all included. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing - it was all excellent

The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful! The location is not of my favorite however, it was seven minutes away from the outlets, and that was the purpose of our trip. The room was a pretty good size. The breakfast was OK nothing to die for. behind the hotel, it’s a walk path to the train station, which takes five minutes walking. do you only food around that area is franchise.

Not much to do besides the outlets
