- Amazing pool! - friendly, welcoming staff who were lovely in person and very responsive by email before we arrived - the location is great - calm & peaceful after we spent busy days in central Madrid. The 161 bus stop is right outside the hotel and it goes to Moncloa metro station. - very clean room and utilities - value for money

Everything was good. Great for business trips. Amazing view from my room.

It was quite far from the centre of Madrid, not even a walking distance. Although Moncloa is a lovely place, I wanted to be close to the centre of Madrid but from this location without a vehicle of your own. It takes at least 2 modes of transportation to get to the centre. This has nothing to do with the hotel.

The hotel is nice, very quiet and calm. With good free parking and comfortable location. The taxi costs from 13-16 euro to the city center, and you have a bus near the hotel too. We really liked the tranquility and privacy of the hotel as well as the silence. The rooms was pretty old, but clean.

Mattresses and pillows are very poor, ok for a couple of nights, but for a longer period I would not be able to sleep on them. In the room and on the territory of the hotel there is very poor Wi-Fi, or rather it is practically non-existent.

The location was great - one minute walk to the bus stop. The pool by the hotel was lovely for the hot weather and is open from 10am to 8pm. Fantastic breakfast with huge choice of everything. Secure on-site car parking. It was also very nice to have a fridge in the room and a surprise to have welcome drinks in it.

The only down-side of the hotel was that the hot food wasn't that hot, for example there was no boiling water which you had to ask to be made. The restaurant staff was rude and not friendly.

It was clean, comfortable and had their own restaurant. It was highly secure as a gated community In warmer weather and with more time we would have really enjoyed being there.

Very difficult to find. Google Maps could not get us there and mislead us to an incorrect address. Called the hotel who was able to get us within a mile and had to ask local police to help us get to the hotel. They had to call into their office for guidance

Very big and clean room. Bed is large and comfortable. Large, closed and secured parking in front of hotel. All staff are great especially young lady on our check in.

Everything was exceptional. hotel is not closed to center of town but it has god price for given comfort. It is easy and cheap to get in center of town with bus and metro without driving and looking for pricey parking.

Nice room, very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, polite staff ready to help, delicious meals in the restaurant, indoor parking, quiet location near the center of the city by car. Near the hotel, there is also a bus stop. We had a great time there. I recommend the hotel.

A kettle in the room would be nice. The air-condition didn't smell well when used in higher speed level. Everything else was really nice

Super quiet location Easy parking 5-10min drive and you are at many restaurant and super market options. Extremely friendly staff, great service and they went out of their way to help me with my requests. Beautiful view out of the window

can be a bit remote if you don't have a car

The location is very good when you travel by car. There is a parking, good access to the supermarkets and malls. Very close to Madrid. The rooms are spacious and the staff is incredibly helpful.

I thought the breakfast was a bit overpriced, not bad but still 15€ seemed a bit much.
