Located near the main plaza at Torrejon de Ardoz with lots of stores nearby that will allow you to get all you may need during your visit. Rooms in the hostal were very clean and comfortable. There was also a mini-fridge, but no microwave in our room. The stuff was beyond helpful, however, they are there mostly from 8:00 am or so to 5:00 pm. Air conditioned room was very welcome in a very hot Madrid summer. Intenet connection was great.

The lack of parking. We were lucky to find a public parking -please be aware there are two of them nearby. The one under the plaza or main square one is very expensive. The one to the North of it is a lo cheaper. One euro ($1.27 USD) for 4 hours and it is open 24/7.

The communication between the center of Madrid is much better than i supposed. You can use commuter train, and do not need to use Bolt/Uber nor taxi. Taxi from the airport is 30 EUR in regular time. The whole place is very clean and nice looking. The town is "tranquilo", not as Madrid. The property offers the hotel standard. Small rooms with big bed, and very clean with nice bathroom.

There is no facility for making or taking tee or coffee.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It made the overall feeling of the stay very positive. The room was very nice, plenty of room for three and the bathroom was good too, nice size. It's located right in the center, so perfect location. There is a microwave and area to have something to eat, that you bring yourself. And a nice patio out back, but we didn't go out there. Highly recommendable and we'll most likely stay again as we go to Madrid about 3 times a year.

Room was very clean and serviced daily. Staff were kind and helpful. Great location just a 10 minute walk to the station. Takes 30 minutes to get to Madrid from Torrejón. A few cafes just a short walk away for churros and toast and tomato. Would stay again.

No kettle in the room but you can make a tea or coffee in reception, there is also a microwave for everyone’s use.

The person i had contact with, Samuel, was very helpful and attentive and made everything he could to make my stay better. The room and shower and hed was nice and comfortable

I haved missed a hairdrier and fresher towels and as i received a room to the street the noise of the night club was disturbing.

Staff really polite and friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy. Great value for money.

Staying in the attic room 9, it was a little noisy- the toilet made a banging noise after use. But the room was otherwise nice

Beautiful interior, very clean, enough towels, shower gel and shampoo. The room also had water bottles and welcome sweets. We enjoyed the pleasant communication with the hotel staff. On the ground floor near the reception there is a microwave and a kettle, it is very convenient that you can warm up food for yourself and make tea.

This is not a minus, rather just our note for others. There was no personal hair dryer in the room, but we got one from reception.

Very clean, comfortable, spacious triple room. The price was excellent. We were looking for a place close to the airport but the Uber charged 30 euros to get to the airport which was not so cheap. For one r stay was great.

Our room was at the front side of the hostel and once in a while you could hear the cars in the street going by. But it was not so disturbing. For the rest it was great.

Location great, close to airport and Madrid. Room was a great family room, bathroom spacious. Staff very welcoming, and good communication ensured our late arrival didn't cause any problems. Defo would stay again.

Maybe single pillows for the double bed?
